Brandon Barash’s character Jake DiMera just got murdered by a petty thief. Before that his character Stefan DiMera was wiped out. So that is two strikes and the actor is out? Nope, this is a soap opera and it looks like the actor is about to reprise his role as Stefan!

This could mean trouble for EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) plan to be top dawg at the family company DiMera Enterprises. If Stefan is re-essenced, he likely will want to be CEO and this will complicate the already complex corporate and family dynamics.

Jake and Stefan were polar opposites but both were a royal pain as far as their kin were concerned. If Stefan is brought back from Hades, look for EJ’s reclamation plan to hit a snag.
