B&B Spoilers: Sheila Skates, Determined To Redeem Herself!

The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and rumors tease that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) will skate on the murder charge, since her son isn’t dead! She’s used up sixteen of her nine lives and has sixteen more, and somehow she’ll skate on all the charges, determined to redeem herself in future BOLD episodes!

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Sheila Carter Wants To Nurse Her Son Back To Health

In spite of Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) wanting to nurse her son back to life and health and keeping his survival a secret, Sheila finds out he survived! Sheila didn’t murder either John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) or Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline Macinnes Wood); although she could be good for the attempted murder charge where Steffy’s concerned. Somehow Sheila has to get to Finn and take over his care, because Li doesn’t have his best interests at heart; Li wants to keep Finn and Steffy apart!

Li came to the jail to blast Sheila for killing Finn, but they got into an intense argument and Li slipped up as Sheila returned pushed button fire! Li was extremely angry and blamed both Sheila and the Forresters, including Steffy, and ranted her son could be hooked up to tubes the rest of his life!

B&B Spoilers – Li Finnegan Forgot Conversations Are Recorded Even In Jail

Li apparently forgot conversations between prisoners and visitors are recorded, even in jail, and she signed Finn’s death certificate – a felony crime if filed with the state of California! If the death certificate was not filed, then it still carries a misdemeanor charge and a fine, but she smuggled him out of the ambulance! Li didn’t want Finn and Steffy together because she blames his shooting on them, especially Steffy, as much as on Sheila, and that is why she kept his survival secret. Some would argue she’s more sadistic than Sheila, making Steffy suffer and robbing her grandchild of his father! Sheila knew she had her get out of jail free card when Li stuttered and corrected herself, proving her lies- and Finn’s survival!

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Sheila Carter Tells Her Lawyer To Pull The Jail Recordings

Sheila tells her lawyer, who of course is the public defender to pull the jail recordings for when Li visited her, saying they prove she didn’t murder her son. Even the public defender agrees there might be a defense if the tapes say what Sheila claims – she might have grounds for a plea bargain at least! Of course, Sheila wants much more than a plea bargain – but she knows money talks and the Forresters have plenty of it and they need to know Li lied.

Sheila cannot get out of jail yet but she’s sure she can convince Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) to get Steffy to drop the charges when she hears Finn is alive! But they will have to find where Li has him secreted away and has had him on private life support – Sheila wants to come to her son’s rescue herself!

B&B Spoilers – Sheila Carter Skates When The Forresters Demand Justice For Li Finnegan’s Deceit

There are several steps in a court before a person is declared innocent or guilty of a crime, and the first step is the arraignment court. Usually that happens the same day that a person is arrested and when the suspect pleads innocent or guilty, but there can be a delay when the court calendar is crowded. In Sheila’s case it happens a couple of days after Li’s visit, giving Sheila’s public defender a chance to make discovery – meaning look at all the evidence against Sheila. The Forresters are in the arraignment court and when Sheila’s turn comes, the tape is played in court. As Sheila figured, Taylor is shocked at Li’s lies and Steffy drops the charges because if she hadn’t insisted the recordings be played, she wouldn’t know Finn is alive!
