“90 Day Fiancé” star Memphis Smith has dropped an explosive announcement on one of her Instagram stories that some scenes of the TLC show are edited in a way to make it appear as it is, after receiving a lot of flak from fans for disrespecting the marriage principles of Hamza’s mom, Hayet.

After all the traumatic incidents she experienced in the past, Memphis has finally found the man of her dreams in Hamza Moknii, and made her way to Tunisia to marry her boyfriend. Upon reaching Hamza’s house, the 34-year-old star wanted to test their physical compatibility and asked her boyfriend to sleep with her.

However, Hamza revealed that his mother believes in “no sex before marriage” but Memphis insisted to let her boyfriend sleep with her, which made Hamza sneak in the night to be with Memphis. On the following day, Hayet was disappointed when she realized the couple slept together in the same bed.

This made the avid viewers criticize Memphis and Hamza for being irresponsible in Hayet’s house. After being flooded with negative comments online, Memphis broke her silence on one of her Instagram stories and wrote: “I see I have to address some things, and at this point, I do not care if I get in trouble. All of you people who watched this show should understand by now that everything is not always as it seems and what pictures are most of the time, not reality!”

In “90 Day” history, a lot of American cast members have been called out for disobeying their respective partners’ culture and Memphis Smith recently joined the list after the “sexy time” incident in the house of Hazam’s mother, Hayet.

The couple was flooded by negative comments on Reddit saying that they both disrespect Hayet’s rules. Fans have also shared their disappointment towards Memphis since she is a nurse practitioner but shows no professionalism. Some also stated that instead of working with the physical compatibility, there are more important matters to fix as a couple, just like their communication crisis, given they speak different languages.

Memphis recently claimed that some scenes of the TLC show are edited and told her followers to stop spreading negativity on her Instagram page. “Do any of you ever think things were taken out of context or edited a certain way? If you feel a certain way, complain on a blog site, not on my page or I will block you!” Memphis warned on her IG story.
