Paola lives in America with her husband, Russ Mayfield and their son. However, she originally hails from Colombia, where she still has close family. Yesterday, Paola made a post to her Instagram, sharing an image of her cute niece. In her caption, Mayfield wrote, “Please pray for my niece, she is fighting right now for her life, and this is the only thing I can do from a distance, asking everyone to pray for her.”

Paola continued, writing that she doesn’t know what else to do. She explained that her niece had fought cancer and won. However, something has gone wrong with her surgery, leading to the young girl fighting for her life. She concluded her message, writing, “My heart breaks as she was ready to claim her victory.”
