With Bill, everything usually centers around what he wants and he’s tenacious. Despite it being months, he still hasn’t given up on Katie and probably never will. But it’s not just his romance that was shattered by the kiss. It tore apart Katie and Brooke’s relationship. Perhaps Bill makes a selfless offer to never bother Katie again if she patches up her relationship with Brooke.
