Every time she thinks Eric is going to return home he tells her he’s been delayed. Months later, he is scheduled to return to Salem again and of course, Nicole gets a message that Eric isn’t coming back to her so soon. Why this time?

It looks like Nicole doesn’t care at this point. She’s lonely, hurt, and angry and can’t believe she even pushed Rafe (Galen Gering) and Ava (Tamara Braun) together while she was developing feelings for Rafe. As that pair goes on their first date, Nicole gets drunk and wallows in self-pity.

DOOL Spoilers – Sami Brady Gets A Clue

The jig is up for Eric’s twin. While he’s been away, Sami’s (Alison Sweeney) been in town causing lots of trouble, and she’s not done yet. Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) figured out nothing’s really wrong with Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) and that he and Sami were tricking her. Now Sami has to find Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) and stop her from telling EJ about Sami and Lucas’s one-night stand.

Somehow, Sami manages to get wind of Kristen’s latest desperate scheme and goes after her. Too bad she and Lucas aren’t careful because they end up in more trouble than they ever bargained for.
