However, Rafe is getting accustomed to Ava’s presence and she could easily begin to trust him enough to confide in him. What would Rafe do if he found out that Ava did kill her son? After all, Charlie raped his former stepdaughter. Charlie threatened to kill Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams). Charlie thought he was above the law. Now Charlie has paid for his crimes, should his killer be punished or did they do society a favor?

Days of Our Lives Rafe rescued Ava from Charlie. Rafe knows how much damage Charlie inflicted by trying to drive Ava crazy. Rafe honestly cannot blame Ava for going after Charlie because he has proven it was kill or be killed. Ava had no choice but to choose that it was ok to take out Charlie herself. However, Rafe doesn’t believe she should be punished for protecting herself. Ava’s choice was a matter of self-defense. However, the only way Rafe can protect Ava is by being married to her.

Will Rafe marry Ava to keep from testifying against her? Will Rafe protect Ava from prosecution by marrying her to keep from testifying?
