Stephanie Davison and her weight-loss business, Skin Envy, are causing quite a stir and for all the wrong reasons. The 90 Day Fiance celeb recently drew flak over her supposed COVID-19 prevention claims involving one of her products.

According to reports, Stephanie appeared on a segment of a lifestyle TV program and suggested that her sermorelin injections helped her boost her immune system, which in return prevents the virus.

“(It) boosts the immune system, which is very imperative,” the 90 Day Fiance star said on the show. “I mean, again, I didn’t, I, almost all of my friends got COVID-19. I never, I never did. So, I’m thankful and now I’ve been vaccinated so I will not get it ever now. So I’m so grateful and I’ve had people tell me in the medical field that it is probably due to the ipamorelin/sermorelin.”

Shortly after the episode, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel released a statement refuting Stephanie’s suggestion. She maintains that the only way to prevent COVID-19 is to get vaccinated.

Stephanie Davison was given 10 days to retract her COVID-19 claims. But the 90 Day Fiance star shows no sign of giving in to the AG’s demand.

Stephanie clarified what she said on the show. “I stated it helps boost [the] immune system and then proceeded to say I am fully vaccinated. So, I’m guilty of [saying] I have [a] strong immune system.”
