90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: Tiffany Franco Undergoes MAJOR Surgery

90 Day Fiancé spoilers and updates tease that Tiffany Franco first appeared on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way back in 2019 with Ronald Smith who is from South Africa.

Just before Tiffany’s eighteen birthday, she miraculously gave birth to her son after not even knowing that she was pregnant, “I experienced my pregnancy without any indications of pregnancy. I got my period consistently, I had no tummy, no kicking, no desires, no morning affliction. So one would not expect that they’re pregnant. And afterward one night, out of the blue, I had these terrible issues. I went to the medical clinic and I resembled, ‘Am I kicking the bucket?’ So the attendant goes, ‘You are 10 centimeters widened and you have to convey that child now.’ And I was much the same as, ‘What?’

TLC 90 Day Fiancé Spoilers – Two Children Later

Tiffany did become pregnant a second time, this one she knew about, she gave birth to a daughter that this time was fathered by Ronald. Tiffany put on weight from the pregnancies and for health reasons, wanted to have gastric sleeve surgery. Unlike Angela Deem from 90 Day Fiancé who wanted to have weight loss surgery to be “slim and sexy,” Tiffany wanted to go through the surgery so she could be at a healthy weight.

On social media, Tiffany shared with her fans that the doctors cut off approximately 70% of her stomach from the inside during the surgery. Tiffany admits that she is afraid of needles, so for her, that was the worst part about the surgery. She said she cried like a baby when the IV needle was injected into her vein. All in all, Tiffany’s surgery went very well and she says she had no pain, except for some gas.

TLC 90 Day Fiancé Updates – On To Recovery

Now that the surgery is done, Tiffany is on a liquid diet with multivitamins and lots of water. She lost 15 pounds in less than two weeks after surgery and fans have commented on how they are excited for her journey and wish her the best, “”Good for you. If I had the cash flow, I’d do it too.” and “You’re beautiful I hope you get to your goal.”

Not everyone is supportive of Tiffany’s surgery, but her fans are loyal and they have her back, “You are stunning with or without the surgery. And the best mom!! Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. I ? the haters on here and it is their own insecurities trying to drag others down. I never understood the point of that. ?.” Ronald has also been very supportive of Tiffany, unlike Michael Ilesanmi with Angela who didn’t want her to have the surgery. Tiffany has yet to reveal just how much weight she has lost, being still on her getting healthy journey.
