The Young And The Restless (Y&R) Spoilers: Adam, Victoria, Jack, And Sally Make Big Changes For 2021 – Exciting Stories Ahead!

The Young and the Restless spoilers document that four residents of Genoa City, Wisconsin, can take the opportunity to change the direction of their lives if they are open to projected gifts that are received. Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) all need a boost in order to make 2021 better than 2020.

Telegraphing what each character needs doesn’t necessarily mean that they would follow through as hoped. But Christmas is the time of hopes and dreams, as is every new year that follows.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Newman Siblings Reach Truce

Adam was written into the family fold when Y&R SORAS’d (soap opera rapid aging syndrome) this character in 2008. The adult Adam (as initially played by Chris Engen) was energized to work for his father. In fact, he and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) once participated in a light-hearted competition, where each man tried to beat the other into the office at the start of the work day.

The Adam recast (Michael Muhney) in 2009 signaled a period of strife between him and Victor, whose eponymous company has experienced significant periods of turmoil in the years that have followed. Along the way, this father-son relationship fell apart.

In modern times Victoria is at the helm. But Victor has long believed that Adam has the killer instinct that’s needed at Newman Enterprises. While that type of return feels far off within the current storyline, have Victoria and Adam reach some form of truce would be a Christmas gift toward family peace.

Y&R Spoilers – Jack Abbott Reestablishes Family Tie

All seems well at Jabot. The partnership that Jack formed with Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) has paid solid dividends, which benefits both companies. Ashley Abbott’s (Eileen Davidson) renewed association with the company her father (yes, John Abbott, Jerry Douglas) founded has also been smooth.

The next generation of leadership is now evident, with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) helping his father to run Jabot, while Summer Newman’s (Hunter King) demonstrated proficiency enabled a prominent spot to be had at Fenmore’s.

Personally, Jack hasn’t been focused on his love life. And, he maybe he shouldn’t be, as past, aggressive pursuits of various ladies didn’t end well in most instances. The one exception would be the late Luan Volien (Elizabeth Sung), who Jack fathered a son, Keemo Volien Abbott (Philip Moon), with while serving in Vietnam in the 1970’s.

Y&R has written Jack on the new love path many times before. A great, alternative gift would be to bring Keemo back into the show. Doing so would allow this other, important part of Jack’s family history to be explored.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Sally Spectra Is Humbled

Sally was at her best on B&B when she was creative, rather than conniving. The bad end to Wally, where Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) advised Sally to stay away from him and Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden), or leave California, has produced ripple effects in GC.

Jack and Kyle soft-pedaled needed advice to Sally. But Summer said it best when she told Hope’s character to drop her act.

The best Christmas gift Sally could receive, during what has been a year of major change, would be humility. Lauren has been generous and the Abbott’s have been open-hearted. Sally should realize that she’s has a fresh start. So, she should be grateful and respectful, while making the most of it.
