The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) pushed guilt trip will be fully rejected. Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) doesn’t know it yet, but he’s about to be stunned by reality.
Flo Fulton’s (Katrina Bowden) latest visit to Dr. Penny Escobar’s (Monica Ruiz) office scored unexpected answers. Flo had hoped Penny would tell her details about Sally’s terminal diagnosis, but that didn’t happen.
In a classic soapy scenario, Penny foolishly left her office after being summoned by a text. Flo, alone in the doctor’s office, took advantage of the unusual opportunity to learn why Sally has been adamantly against pursuing treatment.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Patient Portal Wide Open
Not only did Penny allow someone who she barely knows to remain alone in her office at the hospital. Dr. Escobar also left her laptop open, which was also logged into a Patient Portal.
An old school soap scenario would have Flo rifling through Penny’s manila folder files. Incidentally, a file cabinet was actually open and visible to the viewers in this modern episode. But, in the early spring of 2020, Flo took advantage of the access she had to Penny’s computer files.
B&B Spoilers – Quick Scan Reveals Clean Bill Of Health
Flo sees on the doctor’s digital file that Sally isn’t dying. In fact, other than enduring stress, she’s totally healthy.
Stunned by this incredible revelation, Flo should pull out her smartphone and immediately tell Wyatt what she learned. As viewers recall, Flo’s mother, Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards), immediately used her smartphone to record Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), Wyatt’s father, kissing. But it appears as though Flo will confront Sally instead and that interaction won’t go well.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Wyatt Spencer’s Truth Detector Off
One point in the plot that is questionable involves Wyatt’s truth detector. This aspect of the storyline is worth review because of how he responded to Sally in the recent past.
— SOS/CTS/HH (@SoapOperaSpy) April 16, 2020
Wyatt initially broke up with Sally last year because she withheld information from him. Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) relayed his plot to split Lope, but Sally didn’t pass that information onto Wyatt. Brooks’ character reacted badly and rebounded to Flo.
Now, as Sally refuses to even seek basic information about treatment options and won’t consult with any other doctor, viewers are asked to believe that Wyatt digests that? While he’s questioned his one-time Wally romance partner, Wyatt has left it up to Flo to do the work. That choice creates a dramatic consequence, as viewers will see.
