General Hospital spoilers tease that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) starts feeling a little insecure when all of Detective Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) time is taken up with police matters in an upcoming episode of GH!

Willow feels like she should know better than to worry, but it’s not the kind of insecurity that makes her think he doesn’t love her anymore – it’s the kind of insecurity that makes her wonder if she will ever see him alive again every morning when he walks out the door!

Her mind keeps going back to that conversation with Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) about what it’s like to be a cop’s wife! Lulu didn’t lose Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) in that sense, but her friend Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) did! Chase replaced Detective Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) who was killed in the line of duty!

GH Spoilers – It Seems Like There’s A Gunshot Waiting Around Every Corner

It seems like there’s a gunshot waiting around every corner – the mayor was shot down on the waterfront, with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) having been the apparent target, his father’s business targeted and his father and grandfather having been under attack in Brooklyn!

Willow can thank God that Michael didn’t have Wiley Cooper-Jones (Erik and Theodore Olson) that day, but Port Charles is under a crime wave and it’s getting to be a pretty scary place to live lately! Mob wars are never safe and all too often there is a lot of collateral damage – in other words, innocent bystanders being killed – and sometimes police and other first responders being killed as well!

Police professionals are always the enemy when mobsters are involved! Chase is at work nearly all the time and getting called out to crime scenes even on his off hours since this crime wave has struck Port Charles! The more calls he responds to, the more chance there is of his getting killed in the line of duty, and this is what is scaring Willow!

General Hospital Spoilers – Willow Tait Doesn’t Tell Detective Harrison Chase Of Her Fears

Willow doesn’t tell Chase of her fears – he has enough to worry about doing his job. He even had to get all police business with Michael, since Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is a known mobster in the area, and Michael’s adoptive father, even though he has not been involved in any mob activities for quite a while.

Things have been quiet on the mob front for quite a few years, since Julian Jerome (William DeVry) left the mob life entirely and so did his sister Ava Jerome (Maura West), choosing instead to live the life of a Princess Cassadine since she married Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma)!

Sonny has had all of Port Charles to himself if he did want to involve himself in mob activities but he hasn’t. That was one stipulation that he had to meet when he and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) were broken up, for her to remarry him and so he has toed the line. But now someone or a lot of someones are trying to take over his territory, and with that comes a crime wave!
