Emmerdale Spoilers: Baby Eve Goes Missing – Paddy and Chas Must Give Answers To Social Services

Emmerdale spoilers reveal that Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) will go through a health scare. Thankfully, Paddy Kirk (Dominic Brunt) is there to save the day. However, he leaves baby Eve Dingle (Bonnie Clement and Billy Clement) in her carseat. When he goes back to the vehicle, the infant is gone. Later, Paddy and Chas Dingle (Lucy Parteger) will get a visit from social services.

Marlon Dingle’s Health Scare

Emmerdale spoilers previously teased that Marlon would suffer a health crisis. It is now confirmed that he tells Paddy about a dull ache in his arm. Thinking Marlon is having a heart attack, Paddy springs into action. He takes Marlon to the hospital to get checked out.

It is suggested that he will be okay, but whether it’s a heart attack, stress or something else is unclear. However, they both forget that Eve is still in the car and leave her alone.

Emmerdale Spoilers: Eve Dingle Missing

According to Digital Spy, Brunt discussed the storyline. He said that when Paddy realizes that he forgot Eve was left in her carseat, the character goes into a “blind panic.” Not only did he leave the infant unattended in a vehicle, but the car door was left open and it’s in the middle of winter.

“Paddy’s reaction is just blind panic. He just runs straight out and hopes to find his daughter. He hopes he’s going to find her there and get her warm again, but he gets to the car and she’s not there.”

Social Services Investigates

Emmerdale spoilers reveal Paddy will have to deal with the consequences of his actions. The mother of his child, Chas, is not happy. It could affect how she views him and whether he can be trusted to look after their child.

However, there is another problem. Social services gets involved and conducts an investigation due to the length of time Eve was left in the car. There will be a lot of questions to answer and social services will assign a caseworker to examine their lives with a fine-toothed comb.

Will Paddy Kirk and Chas Dingle Lose Custody?

It isn’t revealed yet if Paddy and Chas will lose custody, but it is a possibility. Hopefully, it doesn’t go that far. But fans can be assured that after an experience like this, Paddy will never make this mistake again.
