Eastenders Spoilers: Sharon’s Baby Kidnapped? Someone Runs Away With Kayden?

Eastenders: Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) BBC Eastenders spoilers and updates reveal that the show won’t be airing any new episodes for a few months. However, there is speculation that Sharon Watts’ (Letitia Dean) baby might be kidnapped. Who would grab the little boy and take off? If this happens, we are betting it’s Karen Taylor (Lorraine Stanley). She bonded with the infant and is distraught over not being able to see him.

EastEnders Spoilers – Sharon Watts’ Child Abandonment

As fans recall, Sharon lost her older son, Dennis Mitchell (Bleu Landau) the same night Kayden Watts was born. Her grief over Dennis’s tragic death was just too much for her to bear. She couldn’t even hold her baby, let alone bond, or take care of the newborn properly. She ended up handing Kayden over to his paternal grandmother, Karen Taylor.

EastEnders Unstable Family Life

Eastenders spoilers reveal that Sharon did get back her baby boy. However, she hasn’t really allowed Karen to see the child since taking him back. This is mainly due to her trying to force Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) to be a family with the infant. Unfortunately, it has only made Karen’s grief over the child intensify.

If Karen wanted to pursue custody of Kayden, she certainly could do that. She was the child’s primary caregiver until Sharon came back, who initially abandoned the baby. She went from staying with Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) to Phil’s, then back to Ian’s, and now there is the purchase of The Vic.

Phil doesn’t have the best history and it was seen publicly when he literally threw her out onto the street while she was pregnant. So, it could be mentioned that not only did Sharon abandon her child, but put him in an unsafe living environment.

Eastenders Updates – Exiting With Baby Boy?

With Karen and Keegan Butcher-Baker (Zack Morris) getting ready to exit, could baby Kayden end up going with them? That might actually happen, according to Express. Karen would have a hard enough time not caring for the boy full-time. But for Sharon not to allow visitation or babysitting is devastating for Karen.

Custody Battle Could Be Looming

If Karen does kidnap Kayden, she will realize soon enough that she can’t hide him forever. In order to avoid prison time, could she silently and quickly petition a court to grant her custody?

Child abandonment and unsafe living conditions, as well as Sharon’s mental health, could all be reasons given to the court. Sharon just might have a fierce custody battle on her hands, and there is a chance she could end up losing not one son, but both of them.
