Despite Ben Weston’s (Robert Scott Wilson) wishes, Claire is made the maid of honor. Then, the wedding dress is destroyed. “Cin” questions the former psychiatric patient about it, but Claire swears that she didn’t do it.

‘Cin’ Ceremony Up In Flames

It is confirmed that a fire chief (Wendell Kinney) will show up at the wedding venue. We don’t think he is there to celebrate Ben and Ciara’s love. It is suggested that the ceremony is interrupted by a fiery blaze. The fire chief probably shows up to tell the couple that it was no accident — there is evidence that it was arson.

DOOL Spoilers – Claire Brady Interrogated And Investigated

Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate that the only person that would do such a thing is Claire. After all, she has a history of trying to set Ciara on fire and some believe she was released from Bayview too soon. The pyromaniac is already having a conflict with Ben. At least one of those arguments is pretty loud and in a very public place. Plus, she pushed so hard to get Ciara’s trust and begged to help plan the wedding.

Let’s not forget Claire’s outburst when told she would go to Hong Kong with her parents. Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) and Belle Black (Martha Madison) became suspicious of Claire’s reaction. Then, there is her sneaking out and lying to John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). To a police detective, all of these point to Claire intentionally starting a fire at the “Cin” wedding.

Ben Weston Targeted

Claire will insist that she is not sabotaging Ciara’s wedding and someone is framing her. The police, as well as everyone in Salem, won’t believe she’s innocent. They do have to investigate all angles as part of their job. However, if someone really is setting up Claire, then it will be up to her to prove it.

Who could want to hurt Ciara? Well, here is the thing — the bride doesn’t have a hidden enemy. It’s also not the schemer’s intention for Claire to take the fall. The intended target is the groom, Ben Weston. However, is this someone from the past who doesn’t think a serial killer deserves a happily ever after? Or is it a new enemy, perhaps someone connected to Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash)?
