Young And The Restless News: Jessica Collins Joins Hot New TV ShowSoap alums Jessica Collins (ex-Avery on The Young and the Restless) and Melissa Leo (ex-Linda on All My Children) have joined the cast of “Heartstrings.”

“Heartstrings” is a highly anticipated anthology series on Netflix based on the songs of Dolly Parton. It will feature the stories behind the music legend’s songs. Each episode has its own standalone story with different cast, and each will start with Parton talking to the camera about the meaning of each song.

Jessica Collins will star in the episode titled “Cracker Jack.” Per The Hollywood Reporter, this episode is “Two stories — one past, one present — about the power of unconditional love between a girl and her dog. That same girl, now grown, questions what her life means and who she can truly count on when faced with her greatest fear.”
