The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Wednesday, September 25, tease that the family of Katie Logan (Heather Tom) will maintain a vigil at her side. As B&B viewers know, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) had Katie rushed to the hospital after she collapsed at his mansion after reporting fatigue and back pain. She fell unconscious and hasn’t awakened since, which has Bill and the rest of her family deeply concerned.

As B&B viewers know, Dr. Jordan Armstrong (Vincent Irizarry) did a round of preliminary tests and discovered that Katie was in kidney failure. That absolutely shocked Bill, Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis), and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye), and they proceeded to beg Katie to fight and come back to them.

Well, on Wednesday’s B&B episode, Dr. Armstrong will have even more devastating news. It looks like more test results will come back, and the news won’t be good. According to B&B spoilers, both of Katie’s kidneys will be severely compromised and not functioning properly. She’ll be in total kidney failure and her only hope will be to secure a new kidney from a donor.

But it seems that there will be even more bad news when it comes to Katie’s chances for survival. Exactly what Dr. Armstrong has to say remains to be seen, but it’s likely that Katie’s status as a heart transplant recipient may put her in a compromised position for a kidney transplant. It could complicate the process and decrease her odds of survival. Whatever the case, the news won’t be good.

Meanwhile, on the new episode of B&B, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will be feeling victorious. As B&B viewers know, she’s just arrived at Bikini Bar, where Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) happens to be working again. She just let Flo know about her engagement to Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks), and Flo’s horrified by the development.

Of course, Sally doesn’t have a ring at this point thanks to Wyatt’s impromptu proposal, so Flo might think that Sally’s just pulling her chain. But something tells us that Sally will make her true status known. And will this discourage Flo from pursuing forgiveness from Wyatt and a reunion with him?
