General Hospital Spoilers: Will Lulu Be Able To ID Her Attacker?

General Hospital Spoilers: Will Lulu Be Able To ID Her Attacker? General Hospital spoilers tease that Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) may not remember her attack when she wakes up from surgery, or possibly be in a short-term coma.

This would not be surprising; not only is it common for people to automatically suppress memories from traumatic events they have experienced, it’s entirely possible just being under general anesthesia could cause a condition called “anesthesia-related memory loss”!

According to researchers, and articles in such online sources as www.livescience.com and www.sciencedaily.com, anesthetics activate receptors in the brain related to memory loss, and the surgery doesn’t even have to be on the brain! This is intentional, the anesthesia being intended to not only make the patient unconscious during surgery, but also so they won’t remember the surgery being done.

General Hospital Spoilers – Will Lulu Remember What Happened?

Nonetheless, it is meant to be temporary…but some patients can suffer long-term memory loss as a side effect, and it can last from days to weeks!

Other General Hospital spoilers tease that Lulu will have amnesia, at least concerning her attack, and not be able to tell the police anything about it. That would be a component of post-traumatic stress disorder, and like Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) over twenty-five years ago, she may get her memories back suddenly.  Or her memories could possibly be triggered by an encounter with Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) himself.

General Hospital Spoilers – Ryan May Try To Finish Lulu Off

This would definitely buy Ryan some time either to try to finish her off, or to go on the run, likely taking Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) with him. These scenarios would closely mirror Felicia’s experience, with her, and both Maxie (Robyn Richards as a child) and Georgie (Ryan and Caitlyn Cohen as a baby) kidnapped by Ryan at different times, as well as Felicia’s amnesia.

General Hospital viewers may be seeing Ryan’s story play out for a few weeks to a few more months, depending on how the writers decide to play it! Stay tuned to GH and keep checking General Hospital spoilers frequently to see the evolving developments in the case, including how and when Lulu wakes up and remembers!
