General Hospital Spoilers & Recap Wednesday, February 20: Franco Confesses - Liz Walks Out On FrancoGeneral Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, February 20, 2019, reveals Maxie (Kirsten Storms) and Peter (Wes Ramsey) are at the hospital waiting on the DNA results. Peter says soon they will find out if Sasha (Sophie Mattsson) is Nina’s (Michelle Stafford) daughter or if Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) orchestrated this whole thing.

GH Spoilers Maxie Has Problems Getting The DNA Test

Peter explains to Maxie that he can understand why Valentin would go to these lengths to get the woman he loves back. Maxie says unless it’s a lie. Peter explains to Maxie that Valentin has to lie if that is what it takes to keep the woman he loves. The hospital says the test will take ten days to get back, Maxie won’t wait that long. Maxie and Peter find a lab they can drive to and get results within twenty-four hours.

General Hospital Spoilers Nina Wants A New Will Drawn Up

General Hospital’s Valentin is surprised that Nina accepted his proposal. Nina tells Valentin she’s not changing her mind, he found her daughter, Sasha joins them. Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) comes into Kelly’s, and Nina calls her over to her table. Alexis and Valentin trade insults before Nina asks to see her about her will. Nina tells Alexis she wants her family included in her will. Alexis tells Nina she is tied up right now. Nina tells Alexis she wants the papers drawn up before the wedding.

Nina offers to pay Alexis double. Nina tells Alexis it is about joining her family together for good. Alexis tells Nina that Valentin is her family and he is lethal. Alexis brings up Nicholas (ex-Tyler Christopher); she tells her not to go there. Sasha tells Nina she wants wedding details. Meanwhile, Valentin tells Sasha he knows she tried to talk Nina out of the wedding. Sasha is afraid Nina will get hurt. Valentin tells Sasha he happens she has become close to Nina. Sasha is not happy that Nina is putting her in the will. Valentin says he will carry this burden because he has to to keep Nina.

GH Spoilers Liz Drops A Bombshell

General Hospital’s Liz (Rebecca Herbst) tells Cameron (William Lipton) she is proud of him for catching up on his homework and supporting Franco (Roger Howarth). Liz tells Cameron that she and Franco got married last night. Cameron thinks Liz is joking but realizes she isn’t when she shows him her rings. Cameron asks if Liz is crazy, she can’t believe she married Franco. Cameron hopes Franco doesn’t make bail because that way a potential murderer won’t be living with his brothers.

General Hospital Spoilers Julian Issues A Warning

General Hospital’s Ava (Maura West) tries to call Ryan (Jon Lindstrom), but he doesn’t answer the phone. Julian (William DeVry) wonders what is wrong, she tells him she can’t get “Kevin” (Jon Lindstrom) to answer her, and they were supposed to go to the arraignment together. Ava tells Julian that Kevin is the only thing that is keeping her sane. Ava says she can talk to Kevin about anything and he is the only thing holding her together. Ava leaves and tells Julian to focus more on his relationship and not hers. Ava asks Ryan what just happened with Franco; he has no idea.

GH Spoilers Alexis Supports Lulu

General Hospital’s Alexis arrives at the courthouse, and Lulu (Emme Rylan) is there waiting on Laura (Genie Francis). Alexis tells Lulu something important must have come up for Laura to be late. Alexis is proud of Lulu for being a fighter. Lulu tells Alexis she wants to be there for the other victims who can’t be. Alexis offers to stay with Lulu until Laura arrives, but Lulu declines.

General Hospital Franco’s Arraignment Begins

General Hospital’s Franco is in the courtroom, Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) joins him. Jordan tells Franco she hopes he makes the right decision. Scott (Kin Shriner) tells Franco to make his plea and let him handle the rest. Franco tells Scott he knows what he needs to do. Lulu enters the courtroom as well as Liz. Liz tries to hug Franco, but Jordan won’t allow her to get close. Liz reminds Jordan that she is Franco’s wife. Lulu accuses Liz of being crazy for marrying Franco.

Liz says she believes in her husband. Lulu accuses Scott of being behind this wedding to get sympathy. Jordan promises Lulu that she will get justice. Margaux reads off the charges against Franco in court, and the judge asks for his plea. Liz is stunned when Franco pleads guilty. Liz and Scott question Franco’s decision. Jordan interrupts and tells Scott his strategy won’t save Franco. Scott wants Franco evaluated for mental competence. Margaux argues against Scott’s recommendations.

The judge sends Franco to Ferncliff for two weeks. Franco turns to look at Liz who looks disappointed and shocked. Ava, Lulu, and Ryan are talking, Lulu thought she would feel vindicated, but she doesn’t. Lulu and Ava both talk about how something feels off with this confession. Ava says at least the can get to the bottom of things at Ferncliff. Franco starts to speak to Liz, and she throws her rings at him and leaves the courtroom.

GH Laura And Kevin Are Reunited

General Hospital’s Laura wakes up on the floor, she makes it to Kevin, and they hug before Ryan interrupts their reunion. Ryan tells Laura that Kevin is blind. Ryan has them in the basement at Ferncliff. Ryan tells Laura all three of those murderers were him, but Franco is going down for it. Ryan gives Laura a phone and tells her to call Lulu. Laura refuses to call Lulu, Kevin urges her to make the call. Laura calls Lulu and tells her she is in a meeting and can’t get away.

Kevin urges Ryan to leave town because it is the only way to get out of these. Ryan leaves them and says they will starve and rot in that basement. Laura tells Kevin how much she has missed him and they kiss. Laura tells Kevin that Ryan insisted on separation to be with Ava. Laura asks Kevin if he thinks Ryan will kill Ava. Kevin wants to make sure Laura is ok. Laura tells Kevin she came home early to surprise him. Laura says Ryan is so good at playing Kevin that no one could see the difference.

Laura tells Kevin the only difference was in her and Kevin’s relationship. Laura asks how long Kevin has been in Ferncliff. Kevin tells Laura he was locked up Labor Day weekend. Laura tells Kevin how she almost found him months ago. Kevin knew that Laura would eventually find him. Kevin apologizes to Laura for pushing Ryan earlier, but she tells him it was brilliant. Laura believes Kevin saved them both from Ryan by pushing him that far. Laura wants Kevin to use his brain and tell her how they can get out of the basement.

General Hospital Oscar And Jocelyn Plan A Trip

General Hospital’s Oscar (Garren Stitt) is upset that he can’t get his junior license. Jocelyn (Eden McCoy) tells Oscar they can still take their road trip and tells him to come with her. Jocelyn and Oscar go to visit Cameron at his house. Jocelyn and Oscar have brought food. Jocelyn says they have a car, but they have to be back by dark. Trina (Sydney Mikaya) comes over and joins them. The kids decide to visit Niagra Falls if Cameron isn’t afraid of getting in trouble. The kids plan to go to Niagra Falls this weekend. Oscar can’t wait to kiss Jocelyn over the falls.
