General Hospital Recap Thursday, July 25: Carly Worried About The Baby – Sonny and Robert Spar

Welcome to your Thursday, July 25th General Hospital (GH) recap! We begin our day at Kelly’s Diner where Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) runs into Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers). Robert brings up Dev and how it’s a touchy subject now that he is DA.

At the Corinthos mansion, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) is on the phone when Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) walks in. She mentions how Jasper Jax (ingo Rademacher) is staying in one of the bigger suites at her hotel. Jason says that speaking the hotel he needs to talk to her about her newest employee.
On the Corinthos patio, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) asks Dev (Ashton Arbab) where Josslyn is. He says that she and Trina went for a run.

GH Recap: The Ava Jerome cover story is a success.

At Crimson, Jasper Jax (Info Rademacher) congratulates Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) on a good job with the Ava Jerome cover. Jax says he’s interested in her dangerous women story concept, specifically the Cassandra Pierce idea. Jax says he does not know who Cassandra Pierce is and Nina calls his bluff.

General Hospital Recap: Hamilton Chase and Hamilton Finn catch up

At Kelly’s, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is grilling his brother Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) about his relationship with Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig). Chase says that Finn never once mentioned her and he’s disappointed in their relationship. Finn apologizes and says he was with Hayden for almost a year.

He explains that Hayden was there for him during his most difficult time as an addict. We get a flashback to when he decided they should get married and he tells Chase she was pregnant. Finn says that the baby did not survive.

GH Recap: Willow Tait runs into Michael Corinthos

At the Metro Court, Willow Tait (Katelyn Macmullen) runs into Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). She says she is there looking for a job until she gets another teaching position. She mentions that its Wiley’s birthday and that she is happy that he is safe and loved. They both realize it would have been Jonah’s birthday as well if he had lived.

Chase shows up and has an entire fun day planned for her.

General Hospital Recap: Sonny Corinthos and Robert Scorpio Spar

Sonny tells Rober that he does not know what he’s referring to in terms of Dev. They switch topics to Dante and Sonny reminds him he promised to bring him home. Sonny says he also worried about Kristina and that Shiloh Archer is walking free.

Robert goes inside and sees Finn sitting at the table. He says he spoke to Anna last night and there were lots of questions about Valentin’s connection to Cassandra Pierce. He says that Cassandra was spotted in Italy with a man.

Josslyn Jacks  is upset

Josslyn Jax (Eden McCoy) is upset that her love padlock with Oscar was removed from the bridge. Cameron asks what padlock she is referring to and realizes he’s the one who got rid of it. Cameron admits that he’s the one who cut them off the bridge.

Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikala) says that he was just doing his community service job. Josslyn cries and runs off as Trina goes to console her. Dev and Cameron go to the trash cans and try to see if they can find the thrown out locks. Josslyn tells Trina she is worried about someday forgetting about Oscar.

Carly Corinthos has another baby appointment

Jason asks Carly how Dev is working out at the restaurant and she says it’s been fine. Carly says the bay is coming soon and it’s going to be a lot, Jason wonders if she is telling him everything. Jason asks what the problem with the baby is? She says the baby has spina bifida and today they will find out how sick it will be.

Carly goes to General Hospital (GH) and tells her doctor that she has read up on spina bifida.

Thursday Drama

Carly does the ultrasound and the doctor comes back with results. She says the bay will need to have surgery as soon as the baby is born.

Cameron and Dev return to the mansion and they found the padlock. Chase proclaims his love for Willow and she says it back in return. Robert tells Finn to stay away from Cassandra Pierce, she is too dangerous. Michael runs into Jason and thinks they should build a treehouse for the new baby. His phone rings and its Nelle calling from Pentonville……flash to preview
