Days of Our Lives Weekly Spoilers August 5 – 9: A Shocking Arrest, Disturbing Romance, Divorce Bombshell, And A Sad Exit

Days Of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, August 5th through Friday, August 9th promise Days of Our Lives viewers an exciting week of drama and tense situations, with one Salemite’s death, one’s return and another one leaving.

Days Of Our Lives Weekly Preview

In this week’s Days of Our Lives weekly preview, Rex is vexed, Gabriella hates this fella, and Ted is dead as Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) handles the emotions brought by his disintegrating marriage in some strange ways and with a strange comforter! First he is seen in Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) apartment as he slugs Eric, and then he gets drunk with Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and cries on Xander’s shoulder about his wife being in love with his brother!

Then, Gabriella “Gabi” Hernandez (Camilla Banus) stuns her new husband Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) by doing a 180 and kicking him out of his own house! Stefan pleads with her, telling her he knows that she loves him! Ted Laurent (Gilles Marini), however, fares even worse as he is killed by Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) and his body is seen being put into a trunk! Kate DiMera (Lauren Koslow) is seen saying “Poor Ted!” She doesn’t seem unduly upset, however!

Days Of Our Lives – Hope Grills Kate About Her Kidnapping And Gabi Stuns Stefan

In Monday’s episode, a suspicious Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) grills Kate about her kidnapping, apparently finding discrepancies in her statement as she had Ted’s in a previous episode of Days of Our Lives.

Meanwhile, Gabi stuns Stefan by booting him out of his own home and company after having tricked him, in front of Mr. Wei Shin (Michael Hagiwara), Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) and fakeNicole Walker DiMera (Adrienne Zucker) into signing everything over to her so she could run the company and convincing Stefan it was so he could get everything back after his charges were dropped! Also In Monday’s episode, Rex rips into Eric as seen in the preview video, and tragedy strikes when Ted confronts Tony and Kristen.

Days Of Our Lives – Eli Accepts Jack’s Offer And Kristen Is Caught Trying To Get Rid Of Incriminating Evidence

In Tuesday’s episode, Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) accepts Mayor Jack Deveraux’s (Matthew Ashford) offer and becomes the new Salem Police Commissioner, while Kristen is caught trying to get rid of incriminating evidence. This may or may not be related to Ted’s murder and trying to hide his body in a trunk. Also on Tuesday, Gabi betrays Stefan.

Days Of Our Lives – Brady Gives In And Stefan Is Arrested For Murder

On Wednesday, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) finally gives in to “Nicole” who as Days of Our Lives viewers know is Kristen in a mask, and sleeps with her! Meanwhile, Stefan is arrested for Ted’ s murder. A promo still shows Stefan bending over Ted’s body and other Days of Our Lives spoilers say police enter as Stefan picks up the gun, which was lying on a nearby table! Also on Wednesday, Sarah Horton Brady (Linsey Godfrey) and Eric declare their love for one another, and Kate faints when she sees a familiar face!

Days Of Our Lives – Eric And Sarah Make Love And Anna DiMera Returns To Salem

Thursday, Eric and Sarah make love for the first time, and Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) returns to Salem. Also on Thursday, Kristen debates revealing her true identity to Brady, Rex lashes out at Eric and Sarah, and Hope makes a surprising discovery!

Days Of Our Lives – Tony Wants A Divorce And Rex Leaves Salem

Friday, Tony wants a divorce from Kristen/fakeNicole; this could have something to do with hearing Anna is in town, who he really wants to be with; Rex Brady quits his job at Salem University Hospital, pulls up roots and leaves Salem. Also on Friday, Gabi is torn between her love for Stefan and her hate for Stefan, and feels guilty for betraying him. Eric and Sarah commit to each other.
