Bold and the Beautiful News: Katherine Kelly Lang Lets Her Fans in On A Secret

The Bold and the Beautiful star Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Logan) has long been called one of the most beautiful women in daytime television, and there’s a very good reason for it. As a matter of fact, the blonde beauty recently let her fans in on a little secret as she opened up about her skin care routine and her everyday diet. Here’s what she has to say.

Katherine’s The Bold and the Beautiful Secrets

One of the reasons why Katherine looks so good is because she not only takes care of herself, but she also looks out for the best products out there. Katherine told The Daily Mail in an interview, “I find the more you take care of your skin the better so you want to be really hydrated and definitely not use makeup that is drying. I prefer more dewy makeups so Makeup Forever is really good on my skin and Laura Mercier is great, too.”

Now, as far as her diet is concerned, Katherine maintains her great figure thanks to a balance of protein-packed meals and enough vegetables and fruits to let her get through her day. She’s also a fitness buff! However, the actress is just like the rest of us when it comes to her strength and weaknesses. Even though she tries to stay away from gluten and carbs, she can’t help but eat something to satisfy her sweet tooth from time to time. She’s just like so many of us!

Katherine’s Everyday Diet

“I did the Keto Diet for a while and I loved it but it’s just hard to maintain. I felt so good on that though so that’s a really good one if I want to be strict,” Katherine said. “Generally I just follow the rule of thumb. I eat lean meats, leafy green vegetables and pressed juices and cut right down on sugar and gluten.”

Now, as far as what’s in store for Katherine’s character Brooke Logan on The Bold and the Beautiful, we have a feeling that there are going to be plenty of dramatic twists and turns in the coming weeks. That’s because she’s working with her ex Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) in order to bring down Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). It’s without a doubt that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) won’t be happy when he hears about this! Needless to say, fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next.
