The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Rey Has His Eye On Victor Newman – Who Will Go Down For JT’s Death?

The Young and the Restless spoilers indicate that Rey (Jordi Vilasuso) is amping up his investigation of JT’s disappearance by zoning in on Victor (Eric Braeden) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott).

Last week, viewers were introduced to Rey when he arrived in Genoa City and immediately made new friends in Nick (Josh Morrow) and Sharon (Sharon Case). Later in the episode, Rey was seen pinning photos of JT (Thad Luckinbill), Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), and the Newman family on a board.

Now that viewers know Rey is investigation JT’s disappearance, they’re wondering what his next step will be.

On Tuesday’s episode, Rey has an encounter with Nikki and Victor at the Athletic Club. Rey introduces himself as a fan and asks for a photo with the couple.

It appears that the first part of Rey’s plan is to get into the good graces of the Newman clan. While Rey is quickly winning over everyone, Victor is the only one suspicious of the newcomer. Even though Rey thinks befriending the Newmans is a good idea, he better watch out because Victor is known to go to extreme lengths to protect his family.

It’s only a few episodes in, but already Rey is creating a lot of mystery as his investigation unfolds. First off, fans want to know more about Rey and why he’s interested in JT’s disappearance. Plus, is he working alone or does he have a partner with him in the investigation?

Aside from the mystery surrounding Rey’s character, there’s also the drama that his presence will create. Rey is going to be friendly with Sharon, which won’t go over well with Nick. Also, with him cozying up to Nikki and Victor, this storyline could get explosive, especially once Rey uncovers the truth about JT.

While Y&R fans are anxious for the JT storyline to wrap up, they’ll have to wait a little longer for the drama to unfold. But with Rey in the mix, the story is going to get a lot more exciting.
