Ryan has already killed Kiki (ex-Hayley Erin) because of Ava’s issue with her, will he try to kill Carly as well because Ava hates Carly? Carly and Sonny are planning to give Avery the best life they can which means they will likely try to get full custody of her. Will Ryan justify Carly being his next victim so Ava can keep her child?

General Hospital’s Carly is getting too close to the truth, and Ryan knows it. There is no way that Ryan can afford to let Carly keep investigating Ferncliff. Ryan also knows if Carly keeps telling Laura what she discovers, Laura will put this together and he will be found out.

Sonny and Jason are not about to let Carly be placed back in Ferncliff, so Ryan has no choice but to try to kill her.
