“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for the week of Monday, June 12th through Friday, June 16th tease that “Will an accusation destroy his families trust, his life, and his career.” So it appears Cane Ashby’s (Daniel Goddard) world is about to get turned upside down! The moment all of you Y&R fans have been waiting for is finally here!
In the newest CBS “The Young and the Restless” promo video you see Cane Ashby going to Juliet Helton’s (Laur Allen) room at the Athletic Club to confront her about her allegations. We hear Cane saying “You know I didn’t sexually harass you.” So will she fold or will she stick to her story? We all know that her claims are not valid and it’s all Hilary Hamilton’s (Mishael Morgan) idea. Whether or not they had sex, it was not in exchange for a job!
Lily Ashby (Christel Khalil) does not believe that anything happened between Cane and Juliet, but her father Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John) may think otherwise. Lily asks Neil if he believes Juliet. So do you think Neil has reason to believe Juliet?
Y&R’s Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is seen at Lily Ashby’s house. Lily and her are having a chat and Lily tells Victoria that the lawsuit could ruin every aspect of their lives. Then Victoria questions her on if she is having doubts. Do you think Lily will start to doubt Cane? Will she end up catching him in his lies?

Over at Brash and Sassy, Cane Ashby is furious and is throwing accusations that Victoria believes that he offered Juliet a job in exchange for sex. I can’t be sure that we ever saw an actual sexual encounter between Cane and Juliet, and I surely wouldn’t put it past her to lie about it to get a job. She didn’t seem all that pushy about the act, but she knew Cane couldn’t dispute the fact because he was so drunk. I also wouldn’t be surprised if she had paid the bar tender to spike the Cane’s drinks. She spoke only in Japanese to the waitress. How would Cane be able to refute her testimony….it’s he said she said.
