‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Mariah and Hilary’s On-air Conflict – Ashley Stresses Over Dina – Jack Has a Warning for Phyllis“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, May 4, tease that Gloria (Judith Chapman) will have some concerns about her career. At Jabot, Jack (Peter Bergman) fills her in on his confrontation with Ashley (Eileen Davidson). Now that Ash knows about their romance, Gloria guesses she’s been fired. Jack promises he won’t let that happen, but Gloria thinks Ashley could knock him off the throne.

Billy (Jason Thompson) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) arrive with big news. Jack can tell what they’re about to spill. He wonders if their relationship ever stopped, but Phyllis pipes up that they just reunited. Billy insists this is the real deal and they don’t want to hide anymore.

Jack tells them to leave, but he meets back up with Phyllis later. He warns that her plans may not pan out. Phyllis just wants Jack to forgive Billy. She doesn’t think he can be at peace until it happens. Meanwhile, Cane (Daniel Goddard) fears that working with Billy will be a problem for Victoria (Amelia Heinle). She argues that they’re both adults and can handle it.

Juliet (Laur Allen) spots Cane putting his hand on Victoria’s shoulder. When Billy shows up, Cane disapproves of the way he worded the hockey campaign material. Victoria backs Cane up and eventually speaks with Billy alone.

In light of what happened with Travis (Michael Roark), Victoria doesn’t think Billy should bring Phyllis around the kids yet. He’s OK with that. Later, Victoria looks glum as Billy and Phyllis head off on a date.

At the Abbott mansion, Abby (Melissa Ordway) asks Ashley why she doesn’t know her only living grandparent. Ashley rattles off a list of excuses. She contends that Dina (Marla Adams) is selfish and walked out on her children. Ashley notes that Dina never took an interest in Abby either.

Ravi (Abhi Sinha) stops by and helps Ashley release some stress. They mediate on the floor and Ravi gives her a shoulder massage. Ashley hints that there are some troubles you can’t escape. On the plane, Dina hears the story of Devon’s (Bryton James) childhood and how his relationship with Katherine (Jeanne Cooper) developed. She thinks Devon seems like a great guy, but isn’t ready to make a deal.

After Dina is gone, Neil (Kristoff St. John) tells Devon they aren’t giving up yet. Elsewhere, Dina seems blue as she gazes at a picture of Ashley and Ravi. At the athletic club, Cane and Jack rant about Billy. Jack notes that Cane should get Billy out of the picture if he wants Brash and Sassy to succeed.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers state that Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will clash again. At the studio, Hilary dismisses the idea that she’s jealous. She points out that Devon will get bored with Mariah anyway. Mariah mentions the Paris trip and gloats that she knows more about Devon’s life.

After the show kicks off, Mariah pushes Hilary to discuss her connection with Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood). Hilary is irked, so she tells viewers that Mariah’s romance is trapped in the friendzone.
