‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday January 19: Devon Recalls Accident, Confronts Hilary On Lies – Dylan Under Pressure, Paul Handles Sharon

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, January 19, tease that Devon (Bryton James) will finally recall the details of the accident. That night has been a little fuzzy, but Mariah’s (Camryn Grimes) comments should bring everything rushing back. Devon’s head will be spinning as his memories emerge.

Y&R spoilers say Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will have to face the music. Thursday’s “Young and the Restless” preview video shows Devon saying, “I remember…New Year’s Eve. I know what happened.” Hilary’s eyes will widen as she realizes the moment has come. She’ll have to deal with the consequences of what she’s done.

As if Hilary’s lies before the crash weren’t bad enough, she tacked on even more during Devon’s recovery. Hilary fibbed that she was with Devon at midnight. She also suggested she wasn’t in the car because she was tired. Devon will call Hilary out for her deception. He won’t know how he can ever trust her again.

Devon and Hilary were hoping to start a family, but that plan may be on hold indefinitely. A conniving wife is one thing, but a conniving mother is quite another. Devon may argue that an innocent child deserves better. Hilary has some growing up to do before they truly consider a baby.

While Hilary and Devon try to make sense of their relationship, Paul (Doug Davidson) will mull over the Sharon (Sharon Case) situation. He’ll feel like she needs to be handled if they want Dylan’s (Steve Burton) mission to be a success. Paul will tell Kevin (Greg Rikaart) that Dylan won’t be able to focus if he thinks Sharon can’t cope.

Dylan is already in the midst of an important meeting. Alex (Jess Webb) has given him the seal of approval, but Fisk (Scott Speiser) is still sizing him up. “Derek” will contend that he’s proved he can be trusted. He won’t see what the delay is. Fisk will simply insist that he’s not convinced yet.

Will Fisk have a special task for Dylan? Can Dylan show Fisk he’s trustworthy without crossing the line? Y&R fans know that Dylan isn’t afraid of risks, but what if he’s asked to do something heinous? Dylan probably wouldn’t be willing to harm another individual over this case.
