The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Hollywood Adventure is Fun – Outdoor Scenes Foreshadow Sizzling Summer

Brash and Sassy’s trip to Hollywood has enabled an engaging set of scenes to be projected on ‘The Young and the Restless’. Many of the beautiful people were initially gathered this week on a rooftop during a terrific outdoor scene that was shot in California. This forerunner to Y&R’s sizzling summer was encouraging.

Vickie (Amelia Heinle), Billy (Jason Thompson) and Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) form quite a trio. Despite the fact that ‘Philly’ has been revived, fans know that ‘Villy’ isn’t dead yet.

Will Vickie’s child ties eventually serve as the element that pulls Billy back to his family?

Might Phyllis’ fresh personality and lack of Newman baggage cause Billy to eventually conclude that Vickie isn’t in his future? Two questions that are certain to be played out during the next three months full months.

Phyllis high-tailed it to California in record time. In one ending scene she was inside Jabot’s corridors talking to Billy, overhearing Vickie call him to dinner. The next day Phyllis arrived in Hollywood ready to fight for her man.

Meanwhile, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) opted to follow Jordan (Darnell Kirkwood) to the west coast. She recently convinced him that her inappropriate comments about their relationship resulted because she ear-witnessed Devon (Bryton James) and Mariah’s (Camryn Grimes) escapade the night before. Jordan took Hilary’s bait, then allowed her to reel him in.

The look Lily (Christel Khalil) gave her dad’s and her brother’s ex-wife the instant she saw Hilary occupying space on the rooftop was slicing. Khalil and Morgan have developed great on-screen chemistry through their characters during the past few years. Neither Lily, nor Hilary seems likely to stop the snark any time soon either.

As for Cane, he’d better hope that someone doesn’t catch onto his Tokyo mistake with Juliet (Laur Allen) while he’s having Billy’s steps digitally documented. Mr. Ashby continues to live with a major secret hanging over his head. Bright lights in the ‘Land of Make Believe’ won’t change the appearance of that reality.
