‘General Hospital’ Recap: Friday March 3: Anna Discusses Baby She Lost – Nelle’s Motives Explained – Miracle At GH – Liv Corners Robin

Friday’s General Hospital episode begins with Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) in Jordan’s Vinessa Antoine) office discussing Liv Jerome’s (Tonya Walker) whereabouts.

Alexis Davis

Jordan isn’t certain if Julian (William DeVry) is a victim or part of her plans. Jordan says it shouldn’t be too difficult to get a warrant. Alexis receives a call from Monica (Leslie Charleson) and excuses herself from Jordan’s office.

Monica congratulates Alexis on the new granddaughter who is doing very well. However, Sam is in a coma after emergency surgery. Scout is doing well but Sam is on a ventilator.  Alexis is on her way to the hospital.

Jordan and Ava

Jordan orders Ava (Maura West) to her office. Jordan tells Ava they have reason to believe her older sister Liv is alive and Julian may be working for her. Ava denies knowing anything about Liv. Julian only said she was very unstable and had a fixation on Duke Lavery. Ava suggests Jordan talk to Anna Devane.

Liv and Griffin

Liv places a heavy duffle bag on the ground of the hospital parking garage. Julian is in the trunk with his mouth bound. Dr. Griffin Munroe (Matt Cohen) walks up to Liv and asks if she needs help with the duffle bag. Liv says no it’s just books for her sick friend. Liv mentions his eyes look familiar. Griffin suggests maybe she knew his Dad “Duke Lavery”. Liv plays it off as if she hardly remembers Duke. Griffin leaves to go inside to see patients. Liv opens the trunk and ask Julian why he never told her Duke had a son that lives in PC?!

Robin and Anna

Robin (Kimberly McCullogh) is visiting Anna (Finola Hughes) in her hospital room. Robin explains about Sam going into labor, is now in a coma after surgery. Anna apologizes to Robin for sulking over her new diagnosis. Anna wishes she was able to have more children so Robin could have a sibling. Robin tells Anna its okay and expresses how precious she is to her. Robin is sorry Leora died so young and how Anna lost the baby she and Duke conceived. Anna says its was getting on a rigged elevator that changed their lives, causing the miscarriage all due to Liv.

Anna senses something is troubling Robin. Robin says she’s tired and needs to get some sleep. Anna promises to behave so Robin can go home and rest. Griffin walks in as Robin hugs Anna goodbye. Anna tells him she knows with proper treatment she can live a good life. Jordan walks in and tells Anna she needs to talk to her about Liv Jerome. Griffin gets a page and needs to leave to check on a patient. Anna tells Jordan she hasn’t thought of Liv for years. Jordan explains they have reason to believe Liv is alive and in Port Charles.

Liv slams the trunk shut as she hears foot steps approaching. Liv turns around and it’s Robin. Robin sees Liv and says “Oh my gosh it’s you”!

Jason and Sam

Jason (Billy Miller) is sitting at Sam’s bed side. Jason feels so guilty for not finding Sam sooner. Jason tells unconscious Sam he’s not strong enough without her. ”Please open your eyes Sam”. Jason goes on to say how pretty Scout is and she looks just like her Mother. The door opens as Alexis arrives. Jason stands up and asks Alexis if she would like to sit with Sam. Alexis says the PCPD is searching for Liv Jerome. Alexis thought Jason would be the one to endanger Sam but its Julian who did. Jason leaves to check on Scout. Jason comes back to sit with Sam while Alexis is with Scout.

Jason tells her how he searched everywhere for her. He was ready to give up but a strange thought about the star necklace came in his mind. The dark cloud opens, the star shines through giving enough light to find you on the ground. Jason goes on to mention years ago when Sam was shot, Danny being born, “you became my wife, my best friend. I don’t deserve this happiness but I’m not giving it up. Come on my fighter! I need you to fight! Our kids need you!”

Alexis walks in carrying Scout. “Someone wants to see her Mother”. Jason places Scout on Sam.  “Hey Sam you want to hold your daughter” he asks. Sam moves her left hand and opens her eyes. “Welcome Back Sam, welcome Back” Jason exclaims. Sam cries as she’s holding Scout. Jason tells her she did incredible. Sam says Scout is a fighter. Sam tells Jason they got their miracle.

Nelle and Carly

Nelle (Chloe Lanier) blames Carly (Laura Wright) for the way her life has turned out. Nelle tells Carly she deserves all of this. Sonny (Maurice Benard) asks Nelle what Carly did to her. Nelle starts with her “real last name is Benson, same as yours Caroline”. Carly realizes she’s Frank Benson’s daughter. Nelle says Frank is her Dad and Carly’s Dad. Carly explains Frank adopted her but is not her biological father. Carly would have more sympathy for Nelle had she not slept with Sonny.  Nelle says “what goes comes around goes around bitch”! Carly slaps Nelle.

Nelle says Carly didn’t care about Frank until Joss became ill and needed a kidney. Carly tries to convince Nelle she didn’t ask Frank for her kidney. Michael pulls Carly off Nelle as she starts in again. Nelle tells Sonny that Carly is a liar and a low life. Sonny calls her a spoiled brat that has no idea who she has messed with. Carly tells Nelles better woman than you have tired to take me down. Michael tells Nelle that Frank sold her a bag of lies and she didn’t even try to find out the truth.

Carly wanted to believe Nelle was selfless but is a snake instead. Nelle used Morgan’s death as a way to sabotage Carly’s family. “The pain you caused is coming after you like a run away truck” Carly warns Nelle. Carly leaves. Sonny tells Nelle she made a bad mistake and he leaves. Sonny asks Carly in the hallway what she wants to do. Rip Nelle to shreds of course. Carly had hardly looked at Sonny. Michael tells Nelle “you screwed my Father and took advantage of my brother’s death. You played to win. Enjoy your victory” and walks out of her apartment.
