‘The Young and The Restless’ Spoilers Friday June 3: Adam Makes Deal with Ian – Meredith’s Gone, Stuns Victor – Sharon Doesn’t Want Nick To Help Adam, Dylan Shocked

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, June 3, tease that Michael (Christian LeBlanc) will argue with Paul (Doug Davidson) about the charges against Adam (Justin Hartley). At the athletic club, Michael insists that Adam was set up. He thinks Victor (Eric Braeden) bribed someone to falsify the report showing that Constance (Sally Kellerman) was poisoned. Paul isn’t sure, but he’s willing to check into it.

Meanwhile, Sharon (Sharon Case) arrives at the penthouse to work with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan). Adam is frustrated with his case and wonders if Sharon thinks he’s a killer. He doesn’t feel like he deserves to be torn apart from his wife and son.

Adam acknowledges what he did to Sharon years ago. He knows it was awful of him to take Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) and let Sharon believe her child was dead. Sharon nervously pipes up that Adam must’ve had his reasons. Chelsea and Adam look perplexed by the comment. Later, Chelsea wants Sharon to put in a good word for Adam with Nick (Joshua Morrow). Sharon won’t do it and quickly rushes off.

In prison, Victor is taken aback by a male doctor in the infirmary. He asks what happened to Dr. Gates (Alicia Coppola) and learns she took a leave of absence. The new doc walks off to get a chart. While he’s gone, Victor uses the phone to call Meredith. He urges her to return to her position.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Ian (Ray Wise) will await Adam’s arrival in the visiting room. It’s time for these enemies to team up. Adam and Ian sit down to talk. Ian mentions Adam leaving him for dead in the fire, but Adam still needs his help. He wants Ian to pry a confession out of Victor. Adam feels certain that Victor paid someone to forge the diary.

In return, Ian wants Adam to get him out of solitary confinement. He’ll fill Adam in on his other demands once he’s mulled it over. Adam agrees and they make a deal. Across town, Nick chats with Dylan (Steve Burton) at Sharon’s place. Dylan wants Nick to consider helping Adam. He needs to think of Connor (Gunner and Ryder Gadbois).

Nick contemplates the idea. As Sharon walks in, Nick implies that it’s terrible to let a father be taken away from his son. Sharon panics, but quickly realizes they’re talking about Adam. She gives Nick updates on Chelsea and Adam’s attempt to get her on their side. Nick gets irritated and leaves in a huff.

Once Nick is gone, Dylan asks why Sharon is so against helping Adam. Sharon talks about Nick being “too close” and Dylan wonders what that means. Sharon covers that she’s talking about the Newman web. She doesn’t want to get tangled up in it and Dylan promises to protect her.

Adam returns home and gives Chelsea the news that he made a deal with Ian. Chelsea is stunned and insists he can’t do it. Adam feels confident that Ian can get an admission of guilt from Victor. Chelsea still doesn’t like it. Nick shows up to scold them for putting pressure on Sharon. He hints that he doesn’t care if Victor and Adam destroy each other.

Adam lets Nick know that he’s making a big mistake. He warns that Victor won’t stop until he takes down all of the Newmans who betrayed him. Adam says that Nick shouldn’t come knocking at his door when he becomes Victor’s next target.

Back in prison, Ian spots Victor doing some cleaning. They discuss Ian being sent off to solitary confinement. The plan to use Meredith also comes up. Talk turns to revenge and Victor points out that another Newman could be joining them in the slammer. Victor discusses Adam’s legal drama.

Ian suggests that would bring great satisfaction to Victor, especially if he’s the one behind what Adam is facing. Victor stays tight-lipped on his actions. Instead, he hands over the bottle of cleaner and lets Ian take over. Ian watches as Victor walks away. Y&R rumors hint that Adam’s partnership with Ian may not turn out quite like he expects.
