‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: The Truth About Patrick and Robin’s Happy Ending, Port Charles Exit, Surprise Wedding – Rumors Debunked

‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal that Patrick Drake [Jason Thompson] and Robin Scorpio [Kimberly McCullough] will make an exit from Port Charles in a most joyful and surprising way to give their characters – and Scrubs fans – the closure they want.
We dispel the rumors for you and let you know exactly what to expect as the Scorpio-Drakes prepare to depart. We just saw the sweetest double proposal ever as Patrick and Robin both asked the other to spend the rest of their life with them. So what’s next?
Patrick and Robin plan an impromptu wedding to surprise friends and family – they’ll call in Maxie Jones [Kirsten Storms] who’s gaining quite the reputation around Port Charles as a wedding planner. Maxie will quickly throw together a wedding and reception at Patrick and Robin’s house.
GH spoilers indicate that only Maxie, Robin, Patrick – and maybe Emma Drake [Brooklyn Rae Silzer] – will know that a wedding is afoot. All those invited, just a small group of those closest to them, will think they’re coming over to socialize with the newly returned Robin.

Robin and Patrick will be joined on their special day by family Anna Devane [Finola Hughes], Felicia Scorpio [Kristina Wagner], Mac Scorpio [John J York], and Robert Scorpio [Tristan Rogers]. Also invited are Liz Webber [Rebecca Herbst], and Jason Morgan [Billy Miller].
Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard] and Carly Corinthos [Laura Wright], shockingly, also score an invite – wonder if Carly can be civil to Liz during the wedding? Of course, Carly is barely kind to Robin either since Robin has busted Carly out for lying on more than one occasion.
But Robin does like Sonny so that means he gets to bring his ball and chain along. There is also a yet unnamed surprise guest at the nuptials as well. Who could it be? Will Sam Morgan [Kelly Monaco] show up to their house uninvited – again – and interrupt Patrick’s wedding?
After they say ‘I do’, then it will be a short time span before the newly re-married Scorpio-Drakes will pack up to head out of town for their honeymoon – and to start their new life together – with Emma along with them.
This will be the permanent exit of Patrick as Jason Thompson exits to assume the role of Billy Abbott on ‘The Young and The Restless’ unless, of course, GH showrunners decide later to recast the role. Robin and Emma are also planned to exit as well.
In a recent interview, Jason Thompson said he hoped showrunners would bring back Brooklyn for occasional visits such as on summer break – but, as of now, the storyline is for Emma to finally be with both her parents as the Scorpio-Drakes enjoy their happily ever after.
According to GH spoilers, Patrick and Robin’s wedding is set to start on Thursday, January 7 and possibly carry over until January 8 as we hit Jason Thompson’s final air date as Patrick. What do you think GH fans? Are you sad to see Patrick, Robin and Emma leave/

I would like to keep Emma in PC. Its rare that you find a little girl with all of this talent. Patrick can go but Emma and a recast should stay. Anna, Mac, Maxi & the rest of the family can play around her.

agree! Brooklyn Rae Silzer is a great actress. I would like to see GH recast Patrick’s role and bring them all back. but if they must leave, I am glad they wrote a happily ever after story

I would love for them to recast Patrick than take away robin and Emma from port Charles we just got robin back and we really would love to see them regain their mother daughter bond I really would appreciate it you keep Brooklyn on the show her talent will really be missed and I love that giggle and smile of hers just replace Patrick and let them stay give robin her job back and let them live happily ever after in port Charles
I would be nice to see a couple be happy even if they are leaving. They never let anyone have happiness for long.
Here’s a thought….why not bring back Michael Eastman to play Patrick Drake? Remember as Silas he was a doctor, so I was thinking it would make sense. Bringing Matt back would also be a good possibility, although I cannot imagine the actor leaving his current gig.
All kids need theirs parents .both if possible. So if that mean that Brooklyn leave let it be.
I think they should all leave, and when the time comes in the future and Patrick realizes that Y&R is not as great as GH he will come back and they can bring back Emma, and Robin keep them as a family perhaps making appearances at holidays or for a visit or two, without Patrick. I think He wont like Y&R and return to GH where he does belong in a year or two.

I.love little Emma Robin played on GH seen she was a child I hope she come back and bring Emma .maybe something well happen to Patrick the way out and Emma and Robin well have to come back home
Look I like the happy ending stuff, but watching Emma grow on the show, as we did Robin is. Way Cool. Like dejvu. Wish they would have brought back the 3 Godfathers for Robins return and leaving. But having the wise Sonny there with Robert and Mac was pretty good.
I strongly agree that they should have a recast for Patrick and bring Robin and Emma back Emma done a great job as her character she added to some of the joyless of watching the show.

We all saw Anna give Emma an airline ticket. I would love to see Emma come visit her Grandma Anna as she use to call her and have photos of her (Emma) & her parents Patrick (Jason) and Robin. (Kimberly) at Disneyland with mickey mouse and all the things that Patrick (Jason) had promised to do with Emma. It’s so nice how they end. They all could come back. Remember when Robin and Patrick started to date How Anna told Robin that Patrick was a lot like her Father Robert? Well. If the man that plays Robert on GH and Colin on Y&R. Can do it at the same time then Why can’t Jason do that?

I will miss little Emma. It would be nice if they bring the family back to PC. I would be fine with a recast of Patrick and Robin but I imagine there will be those who lose their minds over it. GH needs more doctors in that hospital. It would be nice if we could get away from the mob “stories” and get back to the hospital or even an actual legitimate business or two.
