‘Days Of Our Lives’ News: Charles Shaughnessy And Patsy Pease Taping ‘DOOL’ Scenes

Charles Shaughnessy [Shane Donovan] and Patsy Pease [Kim Donovan] may be back at ‘Days of Our Lives’ according to a post from Larry Poindexter [Father Louis].

“What a blast; @PatsyPease @marybeth_evans1 @ericmartsolf @C_Shaughnessy #fatherlouis” Poindexter tweeted.

This tweet has left many fans speculating the return of their 80’s fan faves Pease and Shaughnessy. Considering how far ahead Days tapes this could mean they won’t be on screen for months. DAYS is currently taping their November Sweeps episodes and if in fact these two are back at the studios now, they won’t air until then.

Though there has been no confirmation to this so far, Poindexter’s tweet includes current stars Eric Martsolf [Brady Black] and Mary Beth Evans [Kayla Brady] which points to their return being true. What occasion could bring these two back to Salem?

Is it possible that Brady and Theresa [Jen Lilley] will finally tie the knot during the November sweeps? Brady and Theresa deserve their happily ever after, after everything they’ve been through. Shane and Kim are Theresa’s parents, is it possible that they return for their daughter’s wedding. Is it possible that Father Louis is the one officiating their wedding and hence the reason for Poindexter’s tweet?

The last time we saw Pease as Kim Donovan was last year when she visited Salem to see her daughter and grandson. At that point, it was revealed that Theresa and Brady had a son that was taken away at the hands of Kristen DiMera [Eileen Davidson]. Kim tried to get Theresa to return to California with her but Theresa refused and Kim returned on her own.

Brady was in a relationship with Melanie [Molly Burnett] at the time. Theresa, caught in her old ways devised a plan that would break up Brady and Melanie and bring Brady in her orbits for good. Theresa’s plan worked and now there are a happy couple, are Shane and Kim returning for their wedding?
