‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday December 31: Noah Runs Over Billy – Dr. Neville Learns Ashley’s Secret, Wants to Help – Neil Kisses Nikki

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, December 31, reveal that Ashley’s (Eileen Davidson) fainting spell will cause concern. As Ashley remains unconscious, Stitch (Sean Carrigan) asks if she can hear him. Ashley starts to come to and Dr. Neville (Michael E. Knight) pipes up that she hasn’t eaten anything.

Everyone thinks Ashley should head to the hospital, but she insists that she’s not going anywhere until Stitch and Abby (Melissa Ordway) say “I do.” They finally agree and state their vows. Abby jokes about when Stitch called her high maintenance. Jack (Peter Bergman) grimaces as Stitch brings up how Abby helped him deal with the loss of his sister.

Once the vows are finished, they’re pronounced husband and wife. Victor (Eric Braeden), Dylan (Steve Burton) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) all make heartfelt toasts. Victoria gets a little choked up during her speech, so Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) steps up to close it out. Stitch and Abby share their first dance as a married couple.

Off to the side, Dr. Neville asks Ashley if she got something to eat in front of the others to cover up what really happened. Dr. Neville adds that Ashley knows they were both lying. He presses Ashley to tell him the truth, but she walks away. Dr. Neville follows and says he wants to help. Ashley replies that he can’t and rushes out. Jack notices Ashley whizzing by and looks worried.

Adam (Justin Hartley) asks Sage (Kelly Sullivan) how things are going with Nick (Joshua Morrow). Sage says everything is fine. She asks about Adam and Chelsea. Adam indicates that everything is fine with them as well. Nick comes over and asks Sage if she’s OK. Sage gives Nick a hug. When Victor appears, Sage gives him updates on Nick and Faith’s (Alyvia Alyn Lind) move. They’re living in the penthouse now.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Billy’s (Burgess Jenkins) bookie won’t be a happy camper. When the bookie demands his money, Billy stammers that he’s never stiffed him before and he’ll get it tomorrow. The bookie’s henchmen beat Billy up and he’s left unconscious against the wall of the parking garage.

Stitch dances with Ashley and urges her to get checked out at the hospital. Ashley brushes off the idea. Stitch tells Abby that their wedding reception is now a New Year’s Eve party. He wants leave so they can begin 2016 alone. As they exit, they don’t notice Billy on the ground. Stitch and Abby make love in their room before they catch their flight.
Adam and Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva) chat about their plan to take down their fathers. Luca says it’s still on.

Meanwhile, Dylan and Sharon (Sharon Case) head home to have a quiet New Year’s Eve countdown. Elsewhere, Victoria is bummed because Billy didn’t make it to the ceremony. Jack suggests that Billy has been betting again. Billy’s irons in the fire were probably horses that didn’t win.

After Victoria exits, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) yells at Jack for trash talking Billy. Victoria seems like she really wants to give Billy another chance. Phyllis adds that Jack needs to make Billy a priority. Jack contends that he’s focusing on Ashley instead.

As the clock strikes midnight, there are kisses all around. Kevin (Greg Rikaart) and Mariah (Camryn Grimes) share a smooch. Noah (Robert Adamson) spots Luca and Marisa (Sofia Pernas) locking lips. Phyllis says Jack drives her crazy, but she still loves him. Jack feels the same way.

Hilary (Mishael Morgan) tells Devon (Bryton James) to have a happy new year and walks toward Neil (Kristoff St. John). When he sees Hilary coming, Neil gives Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) a kiss. Hilary gets upset, but Neil tells her Nikki is a good friend and he’s moving on with his life. Neil gives Hilary a peck on the cheek as he leaves. Devon walks over and tells Neil he knows what he’s doing, but hints that he doesn’t mind.

At the lab, Ashley sobs and shouts that the research is all useless. Dr. Neville comes in and points out that it helped Hilary. He thinks it could help Ashley, too. Ashley disagrees and confesses her shocking news. Ashley fills Dr. Neville in on her brain aneurysm and the complications that have followed. Dr. Neville wants to find a cure. He asks if Ashley is in or out. She’s in, but their efforts must remain a secret.

Back at the parking garage, Billy coughs and tries to get up before collapsing again. Noah doesn’t see Billy when he comes down. After getting in the car, Noah accidentally puts it in reverse. Noah backs up a little and adjusts the car. Once he drives off, Marisa shows up looking for Noah. She finds Billy and calls 911. Y&R rumors tease that big drama is in the works.
