‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers March 18: Sharon Tries To Steal Austin’s Computer – Dylan Confronts Joe – Kyle Puts Stitch Under Suspicion

‘The Young and the Restless’ spoilers for March 18 promise a shocking reveal as Sharon is caught apparently attempting to steal Austin’s laptop! Y&R fans will be amazed as Kyle sets Abby and Victoria against Stitch and we learn of a connection between Joe and Gabriel’s ‘family.’

Today’s show opens up with Nick [Joshua Morrow] at Crimson Lights he is speaking to someone about the club being insured, Nick is stressed he wants the repairs done on The Underground. Nick gets off the phone and Dylan [Steve Burton] walks over and Nick tells him, “the damn building collapse is like a mushroom cloud, never ending.” Nick tells Dylan he is frustrated Sharon [Sharon Case] is late, she is suppose to drop Faith off. Dylan tells Nick to cut her some slack maybe she’s stuck in traffic.

Joe [Scott Elrod] comes to Avery’s [Jessica Collins] office and Avery asks Joe if he came to make sure she got the dress. Avery tells him the next time he finds something he should burn it. Joe then lets Avery know he is there because he needs a lawyer.

Nick is still looking to get bids to repair The Underground. Noah [Robert Adamson] Kevin [Gregg Rikaart] and Summer [Hunter King] come in. Summer goes away and Nick takes Noah [Robert Adamson] aside and asks what is going on with Summer. Noah tells Nick Austin was into more than they thought. Nick asks if it is more women?  Noah lets Nick know at this point Abby is the only one they know but Austin was digging up dirt the Abbott/Newmans and someone who did not want what he found to see the light of day.  Nick is pissed he thinks Austin was using Summer.

Abby [Melissa Ordway] has moved to the Athletic Club she thinks it’s safer. Abby is talking to Kyle [Lachlan Buchanan] and Kyle tells her he does not trust Stitch and cautions Abby to stay away from him. Abby thinks that’s ludicrous. Stitch lets Abby know he saw the video of Stitch threatening Austin and Stitch was so mad he looked like he could have killed him.

Stitch is looking pensive and is remembering the threatening message written in lipstick on the mirror in Victoria’s house, he is in deep thought, Victoria interrupts him. Victoria mentions Stitch looked deep in thought, she is concerned. Stitch admits he needs to tell her something. He tells her he thinks someone is watching the house, maybe Abby’s attacker. Vicky asks, “Did you call the police”?  Stitch replies, no, but he tells her he is concerned Abby is in real danger.

Stitch calls the security company to increase security around Vicky’s house he is determined to keep her and the kids safe.  Stitch tells Victoria Abby moved into the Athletic Club and Victoria is not happy about it.  She demands that Stitch keep and eye on Abby, like a bodyguard. Stitch is reluctant but agrees.

Abby tells Kyle Stitch is trying to help them. Kyle says, “People who made it into Austin’s video had a secret or were keeping a secret!” Kyle says she is gullible.

Sharon [Sharon Case] shows up with Faith she apologizes and says Faith has been running slow.  Faith agrees she was having a bad hair day.  Nick is very nice about it and when Faith asks if Sharon could stay for breakfast with them Nick agrees.

Noah tells Summer and Kevin Nick did not know about the documentary that Austin was making. Noah then says during the course of Austin’s video he probably uncovered something he wasn’t supposed to know and got himself killed for it.

Abby is in her new room she locks the door and starts having a flashback about Summer accusing her of sleeping with Austin, then a memory of walking into the dark house and seeing the message on the mirror, the Stitch showing up.  Abby is frightened.

Joe tells Avery the reason he needs a lawyer is because he is trying to save a non-profit women’s abuse shelter. Avery mockingly asks, “where did that come from I have never known you to be a philanthropist?”  Joe replied, that he likes to keep his private life private but because of how he grew up he wants people to know they don’t have to stay in bad situation, there is a way out.  Avery is skeptical and asks, “why here and why now?”

Back at Crimson Lights Faith, Nick and Sharon are having breakfast, in walks Sage [Kelly Sullivan] walks up to their table and Sharon excuses herself, Faith doesn’t want her to go but Sharon says it’s daddy’s turn to have you.

Kevin tells Noah Austin was deleting his files so he must have been abandoning his project. Noah asks if it was because he was getting threats? Kevin says it makes sense. Kevin explains he could not salvage anymore of the interview with Stitch even though he tried. Summer chimes in wondering just how far Stitch will go to shut them up?

There is someone at Abby’s door, she answers reluctantly and it is Stitch she answers. He tells her he booked a room next door and beefed up security for her.

Kyle being sneaky shows up at Victoria’s acting like he is there to see Abby, Vicky tells him she is living at the Athletic Club, he plays dumb saying, “oh really?” She tells him Stitch is going to be living next-door protecting her.

Kyle tried to plant a seed of worry in Victoria’s head and says, “you are aright with Stitch living next to Abby after Abby did sleep with Summer’s husband?” Vicky says she has nothing to worry about with Stitch, he has military training so he will be able to protect Abby.  Kyle then gets snarky and says “WELL HE IS DAMN GOOD AT PROTECTING HIS SECRET!”

Back with Abby and Stitch, Abby asks Stitch if it would be so bad to tell Vicky? Stitch says it will not be good. Then Stitch changes the subject and sys, “have you told me everything Abby?” She says yes yes!! She is starting to act skittish like she doesn’t trust Stitch. Abby runs to do the door and Stitch chases her and grabs her.  Abby says, “I’m calling 911!” Stitch is shocked and says, “what you don’t think I did this do you? You think I sent the threats and attacked you?”

Back at Crimson Lights Sage is trying to make conversation with faith but Faith is not having it. She asks daddy if they can leave for school now and she also asks when they can get their alone time, hint hint? Sage says you have a wonderful Daddy and Faith says, “and mommy!” Sage excuses herself and leaves.

Kevin is talking to the Scooby Doo gang about the secret.  Kevin says as long as they all stay quiet they can all stay safe. Sharon is eavesdropping and then walks in. Sharon says she is there to see Noah. Sharon tells Summer she hopes someday she can forgive her.  Summer is not interested and is pretty insulting to her.

Victoria reads between the lines with Kyle’s comment and asks what he was implying? Kyle starts telling Vicky about the documentary and how Stitch was involved. Kyle says, “there are skeletons in our families closets and Stitch had his foot in both worlds with you and with Aunt Ashley.” Vicky is confused.

Nick walks up to Sage, Sage is expecting him to break up with her (when did they become a couple) he says he came to apologize for faith’s behavior. She says apology not necessary.

Over with Joe and Avery Joe claims the foundation (non-profit) approached him. Joe claims Constance Bingham was the benefactor and when she passed away the foundation came to him and Joe drafted a restructuring plan for them. (I wonder if Gabriel/Adam is going to play into this)

Joe says he could not say NO and Avery understands. Joe tells Avery he appreciates her understanding. Avery says she is starting to think what he does and the money he has made is to prove how far he has come from where he was. Just then Dylan walks in and says, “Am I interrupted something?” Avery replies, “No Joe needs an attorney.” Avery explains, “Joe is managing a non-profit and I will be handling the paper work.” Avery tells them she has a conference call in two minutes and she leaves the two alone.

Summer is being rude to Sharon telling her they are not friends and she does not need a surrogate mom because hers is back! Sharon leaves and Noah asks Summer why she has to be so hard on his mom? Summer is ranting about what Sharon has done bla bla, Einstein (Summer) then comes up with an idea, Sumer thinks Sharon had something to do with Austin’s murder! Noah is shocked, Summer says, “think about what your mother is capable of she has done a lot of messed up things.”

Stitch asks Abby where the suspicion is coming from, is someone badmouthing him? Abby admits it is Kyle. Stitch tells Abby he doesn’t have a reason to lie but Kyle does. Abby doesn’t know whom to believe anymore.

Stitch then tells Abby he has a theory that Victor is involved, that maybe Austin stumbled on some seedy dealing of Victors.  Stitch says Victor is powerful he will stop at nothing to protect his secrets and his family. Abby says no, not murder! Stitch says he use to be like Victor, but sometimes people can go too far like he did to protect my mother.

Joe explains to Dylan how his rough upbringing is the reason he wants to help the non-profit that benefits women and children who are abused.  Dylan doesn’t buy it. Joe says he doesn’t have time to try and convince Dylan and walks out.

Avery comes back and asks where Joe is? Dylan is not happy and asks Avery, “Why can’t you see this is another scheme to drive another wedge between us?”

Nick explains to Sage that Faith has done this before and that she is going to have to accept them as a couple. He kisses Sage.

Summer and Noah are still talking about Sharon, Noah tells her she is the only person he allows to talk about his mom like that and it hurts him. Summer apologizes and they both agree to go get chocolate cake. Sharon is listening in she is staring at Kevin’s computer on the chair. Remember Kevin left it in the hands of Noah to watch until he got back, but Noah was gone with Summer and the computer was alone.

Summer creeps up to where the bag with the computer is and opens the bag, she picks the computer up.  Just ask she picks it up Kyle walks in and asks, “SHARON?” Right then Summer and Noah walk up and Noah asks, “Mom?”  Summer screams, “WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING WITH AUSTIN’S COMPUTER?”

Stitch tells Abby she doesn’t deserve all of this, to be assaulted and live in fear she is innocent and deserves to be protected Stitch says he can protect her. Abby sobbing cries, “I don’t know if I do deserve to be protected” Abby falls into Stitch’s arms crying and who walks in and witnesses it but Victoria. She is looking suspicious.  It looks like Kyle’s implications have put thoughts in her head.
