“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for June 9, 2015 reveal that Ashley is very sick, she has a brain aneurysm and requires an operation immediately.  Meanwhile Flack won the auction for Jack and had Kyle wired the money to the ransomer.  Phyllis and Summer discovered Avery is missing and called Paul.

Tuesday’s episode of Y&R opens with Abby [Eileen Davidson] and Stitch [Sean Carrigan] at the hospital looking for Ashley they find out that Ashley checked herself out against Doctors orders. The doctor tells Abby [Melissa Ordway] Ashley NEEDS to be in the hospital

Stitch asks the doctor what is wrong with Ashley the doctor tells him he is not telling him. Stitch refuses to leave until he finds out what is going on

Summer [Hunter King] and Kyle [Lachlan Buchanan] are talking about how their life has been insane. They are upset the killer is still out there and they have look over their shoulders. Sharon [ Sharon Case]walks in and says, “at least now you know it is not me!”  Summer sarcastically says she does not know that at all.

We see a scene with beautiful yellow and white tulips, a broken vase and blood all over the floor

Joe[Scott Elrod] is at the Athletic Club drinking – Phyllis [Gina Tognoni]comes in and Joe stands up and she is surprised.

Flack [Peter Bergman]is looking at his cell phone there is a picture of Jack [Peter Bergman] tied up and a message, “You win. Marco Anicelli is yours. Wire money today.”

Phyllis sits down with Flack. Flack gets another message asking him if he wants Jack dead or alive ?

Marisa [Sophia Pernas] tells Jack he is wasting his energy trying to get free. The captain comes in tells Jack he has the highest bidder.

Ashley is at the lab Abby comes in and tell her she needs to be in the hospital. Ashley claims it is a reaction to migraine medication and tells Abby she is NOT going to the hospital.

Stitch tells Dr. Shelby he respects client/doctor privilege BUT.. Stitch asks him if he can bend the rules. If Stitch tells him what he thinks Ashley has he wants Dr. Shelby to tell him if he is right or wrong.

Sharon gives Summer and Kyle free coffee. She leaves and Joe walk up and wants to talk to Summer. Joe wants Summer to tell Avery it was all a misunderstanding. Summer agrees and leaves.

Phyllis tells Flack she wants to smack the smug look off Joe’s face. Phyllis thinks there is something up with Joe. Flack tells her to go see Avery [Jessica Collins] and find out what is up.

Phyllis leaves and Flack calls someone and says, “I need to see you right away and no it cannot wait.”

Kyle shows up at the Athletic Club to see Flack. Flack tells Kyle he needs Kyle to wire money for him from the Jabot account, “and it is imperative that his name not be connected to it in any way.” Kyle says, “This is sketchy but okay if it is important to you.” Flack gives him the wiring instructions and Kyle is shocked by the amount. Flack tells him it is insuring their future

Jack wants to talk to the buyer but the Captain tells him he has nothing to offer. The captain tells Jack the deal is done and once the deal is complete he will finish the transaction. Marisa asks Marco (Jack) to save them. Jack tells her he cannot he has no plan and no men – he is Jack Abbott.

Dylan [Steve Burton] asks Joe what is going on. Joe stands up and Dylan is shocked he can walk. Joe says thanks to Avery and leaves.

Sharon asks Dylan if he ran over to Avery once she tossed Joe out. Dylan denies it and tells Sharon she is jumping too to many conclusions.

Summer shows up at Avery’s apartment and Phyllis shows up too they call for Avery they go over near her kitchen and see the broken vase with blood on the floor.

Phyllis calls Avery and leaves a message for her to call. Summer finds her phone and the last number called was Dylan.

Dylan asks Sharon if they are okay and she apologizes for being ridiculous.Dylan leaves and his phone rings it is Avery. Sharon picks up the phone and it is Phyllis. Phyllis asks Dylan where is Avery? She explains Avery is missing and it looks like Avery was in a struggle. Dylan tells Sharon he has to go something may have happened to Avery.

Abby is still trying to convince Ashley to go to the hospital. Abby tells her she knows she is afraid. Stitch comes into the office and tells them they need to talk. Ashley says she is done talking and leaves.  Stitch tells Ashley if she does not go back to the hospital she can die.

Marisa is surprised Jack is not Marco. Jack tells her it is mistaken identity and he wants to get back to his family. Marisa says then they have to get away.

Kyle tells Flack he would do anything for him but transferring that amount of money and keeping it secret. He wants to know if Flack is in trouble, Kyle wants to know what the money is for. Flack tells Kyle the deal is brokering could save Abbot/Newman millions and Kyle is the only person he can trust.

Stitch tells Ashley she has an aneurysm at the base of her brain and she needs a surgical procedure. Ashley says she wants to be creating and living and wants to function at the same high level. She asks Stitch to guarantee her if she goes under the knife she will stay the same. Stitch says there are risks.

Sharon comes into the Athletic Club and sees Joe. Joe tells Sharon he loves Avery but he would never ever hurt her.

Paul [ Doug Davidson]gets to Avery’s place Phyllis called him. Paul thinks Avery cut herself and maybe went to the hospital. Dylan comes in and tells them Avery’s car is gone.

Paul tries to make a timeline of who saw Avery last. Summer lets them know Avery caught Joe lying. Phyllis wants to go after Joe. Paul tells her NO interfering. Phyllis tells him her and Dylan are not backing off. Paul looks for Dylan but he is gone

Kyle wired the money – Flack is so proud of Kyle for trusting him. Flack gets a call and says, “What is up, OH NO!”

Jack asks Marisa what her plan is. The Captain walks in – the ransom money was wired into his account, but Jack is a dead man. Marisa starts flirting with the captain.

Dylan walks into the Athletic Club and tells Sharon Avery is missing. Joe asks Sharon to go to the coffee shop and take care of things. Dylan sees Joe and asks him where Avery is and what did he do to her?

Abby tells Ashley how much she loves her – she is at the hospital getting tests and Abby and Stitch are going to wait.

Captain asks Marisa why should he believe she wants him. The Captain kisses her and then unlocks her.

Flack comes into the police station with Kyle to see Summer and Phyllis. Phyllis wants to know why Paul has not sent men to speak to Joe.

Dylan says to Joe, “Where is Avery and what did you do to retaliate?” Joe says, “I don’t know where she is. Did you check your bed maybe she turned into the needy bitch that once loved you!” Dylan punches Joe.

Over at the police station Phyllis tells Flack she is sure Joe knows something. Meanwhile, Summer is blaming herself because she told Avery about Joe being able to walk.

Paul comes back he has news. They found Avery’s abandoned car out at the lake BUT their is no sign of Avery.

That is it ‘The Young and the Restless” fans!  We finally found out Ashley has a brain aneurysm but what is this going to mean for Ashley?  Avery is missing, is Joe involved or is Avery setting him up?  How is Jack going to get out of the mess he is in now?
