‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers April 22: Victor Becomes Jabot Partner, Stitch Kisses Abby, Jack Plays Kelly’s Love Games

The Young and the Restless spoilers for April 22, 2015 have old enemies reconcile, old lovers breakup and a major battle break out. Stitch and Abby begin a hot and steamy romance immediately after he dumps Victoria. The Abbots attempted mutiny fails when Fake Jack and Victor become partners!

The April 22, 2015 episode of Y&R opens with Ashley [Eileen Davidson] explaining to Kyle [Lachlan Buchanan], Abby [Melissa Ordway] and Billy [Burgess Jenkins] that there is an emergency board meeting. Stitch [Sean Carrigan] walks in and says he wasn’t told she says it’s family only and he should not be there.

Kelly [Cady McClain] comes in with champagne and tells Real Jack [Peter Bergman] a toast is in order. Jack tells her he does not drink. Kelly tells him he has been denied too many things lately. Kelly asks Jack if he was pretending when he kissed her. Then she rethinks it and tells him the kiss is just a sign of things to come.

Meanwhile, Fake Jack is toasting and says, “Here’s to you Jackie boy I made a new man of you.”

Phyllis [Gina Tognoni] calls for Jack – Phyllis asks where he was and he tells her he had an important meeting. He then goes on to let her know there are places they have not had sex on in the house. He kisses Phyllis she pulls away and says, “Have you been drinking?”

Phyllis is freaked Jack had one drink – Fake Jack tells her not to be a killjoy. She reminds him of the hell he went through to beat his addiction. Fake Jack promise her he won’t do anything to screw up his life

Kelly is pushing alcohol on Real Jack – he finally drinks it and tells Kelly she is right he has been denying pleasure for too long, he is putting his past behind him. He was afraid to believe Kelly was alive and the kiss was real and he wants more. Jack asks what the plan is. She says okay, wait here and I will tell you.

Real Jack says, “Victor [Eric Braeden] you are laughing somewhere but I am going to get out of here and when I do we will see who gets the last laugh.“

Victor came to visit Victoria [Amelia Heinle] with gifts for the kids. Victor tells Victoria, “I feel you are distracted lately, there are big changes coming in the company and I want to make sure you are on board. I need your total commitment.” Victoria does not understand how she can commit when she does not know what Victor is doing. Victor tells her he adores her and trusts her abilities but she better make sure when he leaves Victoria will leave the company to Katherine and then Victoria gets it, he wants Katherine to be a Newman and not an Abbott.

Billy wants Stitch to leave – but Stitch says he is protecting Abby so he is staying. Billy and Stitch start bickering and Ashley tells them to knock it off. Abby takes Stitch aside and tells him that Jack fired Billy. Abby tells Stitch Billy is right and he should go to Victoria and Stitch asks if that is what Abby really wants? He then agrees he has to talk to Victoria and Leaves.

Billy asks Ashley if they have the votes to force Jack out. Ashley lets him know they are close. Kyle says they don’t have his vote; he has to support his Dad. Kyle tries to get Abby not to vote for Jack’s removal too. Abby feels like they are ganging up on Jack. Ashley tells them that they are trying to protect their company and teaming up with Newman is a mistake. Ashley lets them know they are going ahead with this with our without them. Ashley and Billy leaves and Kyle comments to Abby, “Like Hell they are!”

Victoria informs Victor he does not have to worry about Billy he is moving ahead with Chelsea. Victoria tells Jack, “She has had enough of the men in her life Abbott or otherwise.” Unbeknownst to Victoria Stitch walked in and says, “Guess I am otherwise.”

Kelly runs in when Real Jack is being held and exclaims, “Look I found it!” Real Jack says, “Oh it is the fabric you were going to use to decorate my bedroom.” She asks Jack if he remembers all the wonderful memories they had in his bedroom. Jack agrees and starts telling her all the things he liked about her. He asks her to let him out and they can have their bodies back together. He asks her to untie him. She starts untying him and then says, “No you have to prove your love for me. I can’t let you go until you understand those things that happened in GC were not my fault.”

Phyllis tells Fake Jack he can un-fire Billy – Billy deserves a second chance. Fake Jack says Billy has had too many chances already. Fake Jack says, “I value one thing above everything else, Loyalty.” In walk Billy, Ashley and Abby and Billy says, “You have a funny way of showing it.” Jack says, “Well if it isn’t my traitorous family returning to talk to me, you here to apologize?”

Ashley tells Fake Jack they spoke to the majority of the board members. Billy interrupts and says, “You can either leave graceful or fight it and either way you are OUT!”

Fake Jack tells them they cannot oust him. Billy tells him they have the votes. Kyle chimes in not his. Billy says it does not have to be like this all he has to do is step down. Fake Jack replies, “That’s all I step down you step up ya sure I am going to do that, NOT”

Billy asks what is wrong with Fake Jack. Phyllis starts to defend Jack. Billy tells Phyllis he does not want to be CEO and a big argument erupts. Fake Jack screams, “STOP! I think I understand everyone’s perspective – I want an hour alone with my wife and then we will meet in Ashley’s office and I will tell you what I have decided.” Everyone leaves.

Phyllis tells Fake Jack she hopes he has a plan and he replies he always has a plan.

Kelly asks Real Jack how will he prove he loves her. Real Jack starts recounting the day he made a picnic for her, the day their love story started.

Stitch tells Victoria Abby is okay there is a family meeting and it was made clear he did not have a place there. Victor says, “Made clear by who, that rather useless Billy Boy Abbott? He is nothing but an embarrassment to the Abbott Family.”

Stitch tells Victor that Jack agrees because he fired Billy and Victoria is shocked. Stitch says it would not surprise him if there was new leadership at the top and Victor says would not surprise him either. Victor says goodbye

Stitch tells Victoria they need to talk about “Us” and where they stand. He asks Victoria if things would have been different if Katherine had been his. He says he really wanted a relationship with Victoria. Victoria says whenever they were together it seemed like there were 3 people in the room. They agree they don’t have the kind of love that keeps two people together. Victoria says it is clear she cannot make Stitch happy and Stitch tells Victoria she needs to find if her happiness is with Billy. Stitch puts his key on the table and leaves.

Ashley wishes she knew what was going on in Jack’s head she thinks it should never have come to this Abby is freaked out and thinks Jack is having Flashbacks to his playboy days and Billy is the level headed one. Kyle tries to pressure Abby to get on Jack’s side but Abby says she is on neither side and walks out.

Phyllis tells Fake Jack his family drove him to it. His family is the reason he took the drink and he disagrees – no one is going to stop him leading his company and the family.

Phyllis warns Fake Jack that if Ashley and Billy are successful then it will be all over the press and it will leave Jabot open for a hostile takeover. Jack agrees and says, “You are absolutely right and I know how to stop that from happening.”

Kelly wants to hear more of their love story. Kelly continues to drink and asks Jack questions about their love story. Jack agrees he still loves Kelly and asks her to untie him. Kelly throws the glass of champagne in Jacks face and starts to laugh insanely. Real Jack asks why she did it and Kelly replies, “I know how it happened Phyllis woke up.” Jack gets mad and says, “and you know who did that Victor Newman I have seen him do this before. If this whole thing goes south you will be alone I have seen him do this before. You will end up behind bars for the criminally insane unless you turn the tables on Victor let me help you do it – get your sweet revenge. Let me help you. You can beat Victor. Me and You together.”

Stitch comes to the Athletic Club and finds Abby at the bar. She tells him the Family meeting became a Battle Royal. Stitch tells Abby he has been pretending all is okay with Victoria but not anymore.

Jack shows up at Jabot – he says, “He sees no point in putting this off any longer.” Ashley agrees. Jack says, “I’m not sure you will after you hear what I have to say.” Ashley says, “I was hoping you would see reason.” Billy jumps in and says, “I think reason went out the door when he fired me Ash.”

All of a sudden Victor & Victoria walk in and Victor says, “Its a very prudent move if you ask me.” Billy says, “Well no one did and how the hell did he get in here?” Jack answers, “I unlocked the doors in this part of the building.” Ashley says, “You cannot do that Jack you cannot let anyone just wander in here what are you thinking?” Billy says, “There are restrictions on who is allowed in here.”

Victor replies, “And those restrictions no longer apply to either Victoria and me” Billy says, “And Why the HELL NOT??” Fake Jack replies, “I’ll answer that BECAUSE VICTOR AND I ARE NOW PARTNERS!!” Everyone looks on stunned!

Back with Crazy Kelly she feels like she is losing control she has to stay clear in her head she gets up and she says goodnight to Jack. Jack screams for her to stay with him.

Abby is shocked Stitch and Victoria broke up. She tells him how sorry she is but Stitch says it has been coming for a while. Abby asks him if he is okay and he says it feels right and if it didn’t he would not do this. He leans over and kisses Abby.

Billy and Victoria leave the room and he asks Victoria if she was in on it, that ithis is bad for everyone. Victoria tells him she is surprised like he is but if Jack is okay with it…. Billy tells her Jack is not thinking clearly – he asks if something happened to cloud Victoria’s judgment. Victoria tells Billy she is seeing things more clearly than she has in a long time

Ashley asks Fake Jack to tell her it is a joke. Victor says, “A joke this is a legitimate merger.” Billy says, “What do you know about legitimate.” Victor tells him to watch his mouth and Billy asks if he is going to fire him. Ashley keeps asking if this is serious she is stunned. Victor tells her it is very serious and he has decided to drop charges against Jack for Cyber Theft.  Billy says, “So you did this to save yourself, how classy Jack?”

Phyllis asks, “Would you rather he went to prison?” Fake Jack tells everyone to take a deep breath, “Staying out of prison was good but that was not why I formed an alliance with Victor.” Jack tells them that something happened when he and Victor were trapped in the rubble. Victor saved his life and proved he was a changed man; he proved it yet again when he got Kelly to come forward and admit to her crimes. Phyllis and him would not be together if it were not for Victor. You may not like this but I think of Victor as an ally more than enemy. A photographer walks in.

Victor says just in time – Victor asks Jack to come over and shakes his hand and says, “it is about time the world knows we are partners!” They smile and pose for the camera, as everyone looks on shocked.

Well Y&R fans how do you feel about poor Jack forced to romance crazy Kelly while Fake Jack plays the newlywed game with Phyllis?  Can you just imagine the shock and outrage that the Abbott clan must feel having their nemesis, Victor Newman march into their private enclave as a new partner! And what about Abby-can you believe this wonton women with a broken moral compass has gone from betraying niece to betraying her sister?
