‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Sam Tells Jason Morgan She Loves Him, Plan Backfires – Jason Chooses Liz

‘General Hospital’ spoilers indicate that Sam Morgan [Kelly Monaco] will soon make it clear to Jason Morgan [Billy Miller] that she still loves him, but that confession won’t get Sam the results she wants – at least not yet.

This will be the third time that Sam tries to maneuver Jason back into her life and it fails. The first time was when Sam tried kissing Jason in a “true love’s kiss” play that failed – Jason pushed her away because they were both involved with other people.

The second was when Sam told Jason the truth about Liz Webber’s [Rebecca Herbst] lies about his identity. Exposing Liz’s deception seemed like just the ticket to getting her husband back. Now this latest move is even more critical since Sam has lost everything.

Sam tells Jason, as she makes the love confession, the reason she and Patrick Drake [Jason Thompson] “mutually” broke up was because she still loves Jason. The part about the love is true, but Sam doesn’t want to admit that she got dumped – but she 100% was kicked to the curb by Patrick.

Sam now also knows, thanks to Liz, that Patrick is on his way to reunite with Robin Scorpio [Kimberly McCullough] which means her attempt to woo him back is for naught. Now all Sam has left is her hope to get Jason back.

But moments after Sam confesses she still loves Jason on a balcony at the MetroCourt, she’ll see him in a tender moment with Liz – and Sam will get her feelings hurt. To make things worse, it looks like Jason is considering a reconciliation with Liz.

Even though Jason is still angry about Liz’s lies, he’s loved her for months and that’s hard to move past, especially since he doesn’t have any memory of his life with Sam. But the worm will turn soon! Around Christmas, GH spoilers indicate that Jason will get a memory flash of his life with Sam.

This time, it will be more than just a flashback of an event, but a memory of significance with real emotion attached. This could be the spark that leads to Jason remembering his intense love for Sam. But will Jason already be back with Liz by then?

It looks like the complications in the triangle of Liz-Jason-Sam that have been going on for nearly a decade will continue for months to come. Can Jason recover enough of his feelings for Sam to outweigh what he now feels for Liz?

And will Jason be so frustrated by the pull between the two women that he walks away from both? What do you think GH fans? Will either Sam or Liz back off and let the other have Jason or is this a fight that will continue for the foreseeable future?
