‘Days Of Our Lives’ News: 50th Anniversary Countdown – Big Drama On ‘DOOL’ Video

“Days of Our Lives” (DOOL) spoilers tease viewers with a 50th anniversary preview that includes some of the most dramatic scenes in the soap operas history. Memories will flood back for fans as they relive some of the scariest and spectacular moments. November 8 is the day when “DOOL” turns 50 – fans should be ready for a week filled with a look back at the most memorable romances, weddings, betrayals, and near death experiences.

Long-time “Days of Our Lives,” fans do you remember when Roman Brady (Wayne Northrup) tracked down Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) and found him on an island? The mortal enemies stood on the edge of a cliff and DiMera brandished a gun and shot Roman – who seemingly plummeted to his death.  Murder, explosions, up to the very last minute saves from certain death – it has all happened on “DOOL.” And nary has a wedding seemed to go off without a hitch. Bo and Hope’s lavish fairy-tale royal wedding – the bride’s gown cost $35,000! And though they were married it ended with the couple held at gunpoint.

Has any of Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeny) many weddings taken place without some sort of major drama? Just as Sami and Austin Reed (Patrick Muldoon) are about to wed Carrie Brady (Christie Clark) reveals the truth about Sami’s son’s paternity. Three of Sami’s marriages were annulled – she doesn’t have the best track record.  And not only has Sami dealt with a rough teen pregnancy, lying about the paternity of her son Will Horton and fighting to get her daughter Sydney DiMera back, Sami narrowly escaped being put to death by lethal injection for the murder of her fiancé Franco. Sami Brady is absolutely the resident bad girl of Salem.
