‘General Hospital’ POLL: Do You Think GH Lucas Will Live Or Die? VOTE!

‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers tease that Lucas Jones [Ryan Carnes] may not survive this medical crisis and if he does, he may not be the man he once was. What do you think? Consider these juicy spoilers about Lucas’ fate and then vote in the Soap Opera Spy POLL.

What is the drug that Lucas was given?

First, Derisifol, the muscle relaxer used for surgery that was found in Lucas’ system is made up. However, of interest is that when Dr Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) was snooping around in the drug closet, he did pause near a rack of derisifol vials, but that was just for effect. No way did Finn hurt Lucas!

Why is Lucas still on life support?

Since Lucas is still on life support, that means he can’t breathe on his own and that’s not a good sign. Also, the longer you’re on life support, the less likely you are to come out of it. Lucas’s body may be taking this time to heal, or it may be breaking down and the damage could be worsening.

Who decides what happens to Lucas?

GH spoilers reveal that Carly Corinthos [Laura Wright] and Bobbie Spencer [Jacklyn Zeman] will comfort each other over what has happened to Lucas but then Bobbie has to make a heartbreaking decision. Will she be told she has to decide whether to take Lucas off of life support?

Why will Bobbie decide?

It makes sense that Bobbie would be the one to make any medical decisions for her son. Julian Jerome [William deVry] has no legal relationship with Lucas even though he’s his bio-dad. The decision would have been in Brad Cooper’s [Parry Shen] hands if their wedding had taken place.

Will Lucas come out of this in one piece?

If Bobbie is told she has to decide to take Lucas off life support, there could be a number of different outcomes. First, he could die. Second, he could live on in a coma. Third, he could survive and be fine. Fourth, he could survive with problems.

Many lives will be impacted by what comes next for Lucas…

If Lucas dies or survives but has complications from the attack, the Spencers will all be impacted, as will Sam Morgan [Kelly Monaco], Julian, Carly, Brad, Felix [Marc Samuel], and the whole GH staff. Lucas has ties to many important GH characters, so it would be tough to lose him.

There’s no telling how far GH writers will take the Lucas plot, whether he’ll survive, or if he’ll live but will have to struggle through a painful recovery. There are tons of options and fans have reached out to GH showrunners pleading for them not to kill off Lucas.
