‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers Thursday Sept 24: Jabot Board Votes Against Jack, Victor Declares War – Sage Has Infection – Victoria Jealous Of Nick

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday September 24, 2015 reveal that Jack (Peter Bergman) is unable to convince the Abbott Family that buying Lancelot Shipping was a mistake.  The Jabot board goes against Jack and votes for Ashley (Eileen Davidson) to guide the direction of the company.  Victor (Eric Braeden) is convince Jack is behind The Paragon Project and declares war.

The Thursday September 24, 2015 episode of “Y&R” opens with Jack fighting with Ashley over Lancelot shipping. Jack tries to convince Ashley it is a virus that put the company on sale. Jack tells Ashley the roles could easily reverse and it could be Jabot under attack. Jack tells Ashley it is about doing the honourable thing – he threatens to take it to the board. Ashley tells him to do it!

Summer (Hunter King) and Kyle (Lachlan Buchanan) are speaking about Lancelot going on sale. Summer thinks someone has to fix it. Kyle gets a call it is Jack he is calling an emergency meeting of the board and he wants him there.

At the hospital Billy (Burgess Jenkins) tells Victoria (Amelia Heinle) he wanted to be there for her. Victor (Eric Braeden) thinks Billy is there to gloat because Jabot took his shipping line. Billy denies Jabot stole anything. Victor tells Billy it is a computer glitch and Billy was probably behind it. Victoria tells him to leave Billy alone, Victor is shocked.

Stitch (Sean Carrigan) tells Sage (Kelly Sullivan) and Nick the problem with the pregnancy is not in her head. Nick asks how bad it is.

Dylan (Steve Burton) and Faith show up at Fairview to see Sharon and Faith is upset. Faith tells Sharon Dylan told her about the baby. Sharon looks confused.

Summer does not get why they called an emergency board meeting and asks Kyle what it is about. Kyle says he does not know but his Dad does not seem happy. Summer thinks that the Abbott Family should give the Shipping company back.

Victor accuses Billy (Burgess Jenkins) of doing it and he tells Billy that the company was not for sale, it was Paragon. Victor thinks Billy is behind The Paragon Project. Victor warns Billy he is not going to get away with it. Billy’s phone rings and it is Jack he asks him to come to an emergency meeting. Billy tells Victoria he has to go and Victoria tells him she hates when he antagonizes her father.

Victor asks Victoria how she reconciled with a useless punk like Billy when their family is in crisis.

Nikki comes to the hospital.

Stitch says, “Good News there is nothing seriously wrong with you. You are suffering from something called Giardia an infection of the intestines caused by a microscopic parasite.” Nick (Joshua Morrow) asks how she got it and Stitch tells him infected water, food, person to person they will probably never know how she got it. But there is medicine to clear it up and she should be fine.

Sharon asks Dylan, “What about the baby?” Dylan say he told Faith Sharon was doing what was best for her little brother or sister. Faith wants to know why Sharon can’t rest at home, she would be quiet. Dylan tells Faith they will all be home soon preparing for the birth of the new baby. Dylan tells Sharon he is calling her OBGT to tell her what is going on. Sharon looks worried.

Sharon advises Dylan there is NO need for him to call the Doctor,she has already spoken to her. Dylan gets a text, it is Nick to asks Dylan if Faith can stay with him. Faith leaves to get Sharon a glass of water and Sharon asks Dylan what is really going on, she wants to know the real truth.

Nick and Sage are really happy. Stitch is going to get the medicine for Sage and Sage is happy she is finally going to get a good night’s sleep. Nick is worried that Victor said something to upset Sage.

Victor tells Nikki that Sage was upset and rambling and though he had design on her babies. He also lets Nikki know that Nick also thinks he has designs on their baby. He explains Sage thinks that because he went after Connor and sued Chelsea for visitation rights.

Billy comes into Jabot and Jack and Ashley are still arguing. The board members are all coming in. Jack tries to get Kyle to promise to vote his way. Jack tells the board why they are there and how the Shipping Company was only put on sale after a computer hack. Ashley pipes in they are not going to just vote just on the shipping company purchase, this is a referendum of the direction the company is going and who will lead in the future. Jack looks surprised.

Sage explains to Nick that she completely overreacted to Victor and she is so embarrassed because he was trying to help her. Nick is skeptical.

Victor thinks Nick is starting to understand what it is to keep a family together. Victor says Nick will be the future Patriarch of the family and he will have to make the tough decisions. Victoria overhears Victor and is not pleased.

Dylan tells Sharon that Sage is back in the hospital and the baby and Sage are fine. Dylan tells Faith, Nick & Sage are going to have a healthy happy baby just like he and Sharon are.

Ashley talks about Jack’s exceptional leadership over the years but recently he has made a lot of bad decisions. Ashley lists all Jack’s bad decisions and says Jack made her CEO because he thought she would listen to him. Kyle freaks and defends Jack. Ashley asks them to give her a vote to run the company properly. There is a tie vote and Lauren (Tracey E. Bregman) gets to be the tiebreaker for Tracy and votes against Jack. The board has decided to stand behind Ashley.

Faith and Dylan come into Crimson Lights and Faith is upset because Sharon is sick again and Sage is too. Summer tells her they both will feel better in no time. Summer cheers her up.

The Doctor asks Sharon how was her visit with Faith. Sharon says Faith was scared and worried about her. Sharon comments how Sage and Nick lead a charmed life while she does not. Sharon says, “It is not fair that good things happen to other people and not me.”

Sage says it is not fair she got mad at Victor, she gets worked up about stories she heard and she tells Nick she was really hard on Victor but he really helped her and was very gently and kind. Nick is surprised. Nick leaves her to get rest.

Nikki warns Victor not to count on Nick to take over for him. Nick comes out and tells them what is wrong with Sage. Nick apologizes to Victor.

Faith leaves and Dylan and thanks Summer for helping with Faith. Dylan tells Summer he could use her help with Faith while Nick is taking care of Sage. Dylan leaves and Kyle comes in and Summer asks what happened.

Kyle tells her his Father voted to stop the sale but they lost the vote, Billy and Tracey sided with Ashley. Summer is upset and Kyle tells the board are only looking at the short-term gains. Summer appreciates Kyle tried to do the right thing. Kyle felt good standing by his Dad.

Billy makes excuses that he did what was the best for the company and Jack tells Ashley if it blows up in their face don’t tell him he did not warn them. Ashley asks to speak to Jack alone. Ashley asks Jack where do they stand. Jack tells her he won’t let it come between them as sister and brother. BUT Jack warns Ashley she is going to have to deal with the fallout from reignited a war with Victor Newman.

Nick tells Victor what he said was wrong, he did not have the facts and he should have thanked him. Victor tells him he never has to apologize for taking care of his family.

Victoria comes over to Nick and says, “Poor put upon Nick, that is all I have heard over the years, how Dad has been strangling you. You want to be his puppet. Someone who says they don’t want anything to do with the family business you sure set yourself up to have it all.”

Dylan tells Faith Summer will be spending a lot of time with them while her Dad takes care of Sage. Faith is upset and asks Dylan what is going to happen to her if Mommy does not get better or something happens to Dad. Dylan assures her nothing is going to happen to her Dad and her Mom is getting stronger day by day.

The Doctor asks Sharon what she thinks is not fair, she has a loving man and a baby on the way. Sharon makes an excuse and says Nick gets more time with Faith and she is always looked on as less than.

Victoria is jealous and lets Nick know she heard the whole thing, all the great compliments Victor was giving him. Nick tells Victoria he was apologizing to him. Victoria accuses Nick of bowing down to Victor and he has a new child and now he is the golden child. Victoria goes on and says, “I have worked so hard and put so many hours and stood behind Dad no matter what he did and I have nothing to show for it. The CEO job comes up and he gives it to Abby. It is like he does not trust me or my judgement.”

Nick tells Victoria it is because of Billy the more she is with him the more Victor will question her. Victoria responds, “Leaving it wide open for you!” Nick asks what she wants him to do, quit. Victoria apologizes, she just wants him to know what their Dad is capable of. She wants him to know they are in it together. Nick agrees they are.

Ashley looks at the note Jack left for her when he appointed her CEO and Billy knocks and comes in. Billy asks how it went with Jack. Ashley tells Billy Jack said he wouldn’t fight her. Ashley is bothered by what Jack said to her, “The decision will reignite a war with Victor.” Billy agrees Jack is probably right and if she thought Victor was out for blood before…. Ashley says Victor does not scare her.

Victor comes into The Athletic Club with Nikki and sees Jack at the bar – he says, “So you are behind The Paragon Project aren’t you? It was you all along, that is how you got a hold of my shipping line didn’t you? What else are you trying to take from me?” Jack tells Victor he just went up against his family, called an emergency meeting of the board in hopes of getting Victor’s company back. So they could all figure out who is really behind he threat.

Victor tells Jack he does not believe a word he is saying but “Mark my word, there will be consequences, serious consequences!” (SEE VIDEO BELOW OF VICTOR MEETING JACK)
