‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers May 6: Sharon Arrested, Flack’s In Serious Condition, Jack’s In A Strait-Jacket

‘The Young and the Restless’ spoilers for May 6th reveal that although Jack got Kelly’s cell phone and called the police things did not work out how he had hoped. Sharon soon found out that going to The Underground reopening was not a good idea. Meanwhile Flack is in the hospital in critical condition.

Wednesday’s episode of Y&R opens with Real Jack [Peter Bergman] trying to call someone who is not answering. Jack calls the police and yells, “This is a matter of life and death, help me!”

Meanwhile Kyle [Lachlan Buchanan] and Flack are in the hospital Kyle seems okay and Flack is unconscious.

Avery [Jessica Collins] is encouraging Joe [Scott Elrod] in his physical therapy he is feeling sorry for himself he wheels away. Dylan [Steve Burton] shows up.

Meanwhile over at The Underground reopening Phyllis [Gina Tognoni] asks Victor [Eric Braeden], “WHAT THE HELL is Sharon [Sharon Case] doing here?” and Victor replies, “Making another unwise decision.”

Everyone at The Underground is upset Sharon is there. Mariah [Camryn Grimes] asks Sharon if she knows she is under house arrest. Sharon says she is going to be off bail soon and she came to let everyone know she is innocent. Nick [Joshua Morrow] tells her she has to leave

Dylan tells Avery he missed her and that is why he came. Avery infoms Dylan that she moved out of her hotel and is going to move into the rehab facility to be closer to Joe. Dylan is not pleased.

Sharon does not understand why she has to go home. She is not risking anything because the police are going to vindicate her. Noah [Robert Adamson] tries to warn her she is going to get arrested. Mariah tries to take her home but Sharon says, “NO, NO WAY, I want a Chardonnay!”

Victor calls the police and reports Sharon. Nick asks him “why couldn’t you just leave it “?

Real Jack is calling the police and they want to know where he is… He tells them they need to come save him. Jack says he will leave the phone on so they can track him. Kelly [Cady McClain] gets up and tries to take the phone but Jack pushes her away and tells her it is over!

Summer [Hunter King] gets to the hospital and she asks Kyle how he is. Kyle tells her about the accident – he tells her that Flack is hurt really bad and it is his fault!

Avery tells Dylan she is not sure how long she is staying with Joe it is complicated. She has to be there for him.

Mariah tells Sharon they need to get her out of there. Sharon refuses to leave. Michael [Christian LeBlanc] calls Noah and tells him Sharon has disappeared and Noah tells him she is at the Underground.

The police come in and Say, “Sharon Newman you are under arrest for Bail Violation.” Sharon tells the police officers it is ludicrous why would they arrest her. Noah tells Sharon to stop talking, Michael her lawyer will talk for her. Sharon gets agitated and says she can talk for herself and tells the police not to touch her.

Paul [Doug Davidson] walks in and Victor tells him they have an uninvited guest. Sharon sees Paul and asks him to tell the officers that it is okay for her to stay. Paul sends the officers away and Sharon is relieved because she thinks Paul knows she is innocent. Paul takes out his cuffs – Sharon says she is innocent; dropping the charges is a formality. Paul starts to read her her rights.

Paul finally agrees not to use the handcuffs but takes her out of the Underground to the police station.

Phyllis gets a call it is Summer telling her Flack is in ICU – she leaves.

Kyle is upset there is no news yet. Kyle blames himself for the accident. He says he was distracted by a weird phone call. Summer asks what call?

Kelly tells Jack he should not have stolen her phone he will be sorry. We hear sirens and in run two police officers. Jack tells then he is being held against his will. The police point their guns and yell at Jack, “DONT MOVE!” Kelly smiles deviously!

Phyllis gets to the hospital and wants to know what happened.

The doctor comes out and tells them Flack is unconscious and they will know more after they take him out to radiology for a CT scan. Phyllis wants to know exactly how the accident happened.

Real Jack tells the police not to shoot, he is not the criminal Kelly is, she kidnapped him and tortured him. The police ask for Jack’s passport and he tells them who he is. The police say they are taking him into the station but KELLY says, “NO NO!”

Nick asks Victor how he could do this to Faith, call the police on Sharon. Victor blames Paul for dragging Sharon to jail.

Sage [Kelly Sullivan] comes over to talk to Victor and he tells her she is doing a good job at the bar. Victor asks about Gabriel [Justin Hartley] and asks what she knows about him. Nick tells Victor Gabriel is a jerk. Victor says Gabriel works for him and he likes to know all about his employees.

Victor gets a call telling him Flack had an accident and he is in the hospital. Victor leaves.

Michael tells Paul Sharon went to a party that is it, she was cooped up and wanted to get out, she did not hurt anyone, it was impulsive. Michael asks to take her home. Paul refuses and says, “the law is the law, Sharon broke house arrest.”

Paul says Sharon is out of control and now everyone knows it. Michael tells him Sharon is not a killer and he has no evidence.

Noah and Mariah are telling Sharon after what she did now she really can be thrown in jail! She says she will go crazy if she goes to jail!

Sharon starts screaming for the guards – she wants to go to the bathroom and escape through the window. Noah tells her to calm herself and think of Faith.

Noah asks Sharon if she forgot her meds – she thinks and says, “oh I might have forgotten the last few days.” Mariah gives her a pill. Sharon wants to call Dylan

Dylan tells Avery Joe is manipulating her. Joe comes over and says he is surprised to see Dylan and Dylan says he is leaving.

The police tell Kelly they are taking Jack to the police station and her to the hospital. Kelly asks to speak to them in private. Jack screams, “Don’t listen to her!!”

The doctor comes out, they got Flack stabilized that is the good news, the bad news is the CT scan shows internal cranial bruising in the same location as his prior concussion so they cannot determine if there is residual injury that could compound the current trauma. In other words Flack’s brain has been injured in the same place as the underground collapse. Victor walks in.

Summer asks Kyle about the phone call he got that distracted him and Kyle says it was weird my Dad was really upset… Victor is eavesdropping as Kyle recounts what happened. Kyle finally says, “It was weird it was like my Dad recognized the voice but could not believe what he was hearing.”

Abby is happy no ones head exploded when they found out her and Stitch were a couple. Sharon distracted everyone.

Nick tells Sage he cannot believe how Sharon could pull such a stunt and Sage tells him she did it for him.

Michael is beating himself up about what happened to Sharon. Kevin [Greg Rikaart] tells Michael he should go home and get rest. Michael tells him he and Lauren [Tracy E. Bregman] have separated. Kevin is surpised.

Paul tells Sharon she broke the terms of her bail and he has to put her in jail. Sharon asks Paul if he believes she was framed. Paul says the case is flawed but they should not repeat that. Sharon pleads her case again.

Avery tells Joe that Dylan thinks he is trying to manipulate her. But it does not matter Avery is going to be right there to help Joe. Joe tells her to go home and she says she will eventually. Joe thanks her.

Phyllis is in Flack’s hospital room and she is talking to him telling him he is not going to die on her.

Kyle goes with Summer for a walk. A nurse comes over and Victor sees her she has the belongings from the car crash and Victor convinces her to give him the things. Victor opens the bag and takes out Kyle’s cell phone.

Kelly thanks the officers and tells them she is doing intense therapy with her patient. They warn her to be careful with the crazy man.

Joe starts trying in therapy and Avery jumps up and hugs him, she is so excited. Dylan is walking by and sees them hugging.
Sage tells Nick if he wants to go to the police station to support Sharon she can take care of it. Nick says it is not his job anymore.

Mariah tells Kevin and Noah Sharon is her own worst enemy. She says Sharon and her are alike both reckless. Mariah tells Kevin to run for the hills but he says, ”no way I am going nowhere.” He hugs her

Paul tells Sharon she is going to be in lockup until her trial starts. Michael is not happy and is going to call the judge. Sharon says, “No it will give Paul time to find the killer.”

Phyllis is by Flack’s bedside begging him to come back to her. Flack comes to and looks at Phyllis and says, “VICTOR”.

Kelly says goodnight to the officers and thanks them for their help…. her cell phone rings. Kelly answers it is Victor he says, “You called Kyle and the wrong person answered what the hell is the matter with you?” Kelly responds, “Jack got a hold of my phone somehow.” Victor tells her to get rid of her phone. Kelly agrees she will.

She tells Victor, “Don’t worry about Jack, things got a little tense but they are under control.” The camera pans to Jack and he is in a straight jacket now.

That is it SOSers! Were you surprised to find out that the police where Jack is being held were being paid off? Flack is in serious condition and only opened his eyes to say, “Victor,” will he remember he is not the Real Jack Abbott.
