Y&R Vivica A. Fox Updates Fans On Status With CBS Soap

The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that during the week April 27-May 1, Stephanie Simmons left Genoa City to help Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore) prepare for his life-saving bone marrow transplant procedure. Is this the last fans will see of Stephanie?

Actress Vivica A. Fox recently spoke to Soap Opera Digest (SOD) about her status with the show.

Stephanie Simmons Flipped GC Upside Down!

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Stephanie flipped Genoa City upside down during her most recent run when she revealed that Holden Novak (Nathan Owen) was Malcolm Winters (Shemar Moore) long-lost son. The news not only affected Malcolm and Holden, but Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), as well!

With that said, as Stephanie left town once again, fans are unsure of her status with the CBS soap. Fox confirmed to SOD that Stephanie is just getting started!

Fox tells the online soap magazine that, “Stephanie definitely has a future here on The Young and the Restless — a bright future!”

She added, “… the producer and the writers have all just been so kind, and they were like, ‘We so appreciate what you’ve done, and we’d love to do some more!’ So, stay tuned for more.”

More Secrets To Come

During her SOD interview, Fox noted that she never saw a return to The Young and the Restless coming.

She happily goes on to say, “It’s been such a surprising shock but so fulfilling, and I am just so happy to be home, I really am — and I want to thank all the fans for the support and welcoming Stephanie back.”

Fox says, “It’s a lot of work, but I absolutely love it. I love what I do, and I love being here on Young and the Restless.”

With that said, Stephanie is slated to return to GC at some point soon, and Fox also teases the proverbial poop hitting the fan, again!

Still, while she kept the secret of Holden’s true bio dad, as it turns out, Fox hints that Holden has secrets that are going to come out. She adds, “We gotta have drama, honey!”
