Y&R Spoilers: Nick Pushes Matt To The Edge Over Fake Amnesia Suspicions

The Young And The Restless Spoilers reveal that Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) may think that he has gotten away from Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and the rest of the Newman family.

However, it seems that Nick will finally get his hands on Matt and put his amnesia claims to the test.

Patty Williams Pulls A Double-Cross

Nick will pass out on drugs this week, May 25 -May 29, and will finally get his wish to confront Matt thanks to Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) who double-crosses her so called friend and hands him over to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Nick will get to confront Matt at some point after waiting all of this time.

Victor will be holding Matt at a makeshift gym of sorts at the Newman Ranch. Nick will confront Matt with everything he has done to his family including what happened in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, Matt has no memory of anything he has done to Nick, Sharon, or anyone else.

Nick Newman Is Skeptical Of Matt Clark’s Claims

Fans have seen everything that has happened with Matt since he showed up alive after what happened in Las Vegas.

This could obviously change in the future, however, right now, Matt is being truthful about what is going on. Matt also seems to be remorseful for what he has done in his past that he has been told about.

No one can really blame Nick for not believing Matt after everything he has done. Who would want to face their victims and possibly the law if they remembered all of those crimes?

Matt may have gotten away with it before, but there is a new D.A. in town and she seems to be taking Matt’s history seriously.

Matt Clark Believes Nick Newman’s Story

Spoilers suggest that Matt will believe what Nick tells him he has done and will understand why Nick wants him to pay for his actions.

Matt will also show true remorse for his actions even though he still cannot remember doing those terrible things. Nick will certainly be caught off guard by Matt’s truly apologetic behavior.

Nick will continue to be skeptical because he just cannot buy that Matt has changed this much no matter what has happened to him.

Nick also doesn’t believe that Matt’s remorse has changed anything. Matt still committed horrible crimes against Nick and his family and Nick feel that he should have to pay whether he remembers what he did or not.

Nick may truly be unfair to Matt considering his amnesia. However, the scenes between Matt and Nick should be very emotional. Can Nick forgive the man who has caused his family so much pain? Will the true Matt resurface and end up in prison?
