Y&R Spoilers: Mariah’s Life Saving Sacrifice To Save Dominic Leads To Redemption

The Young And The Restless spoilers reveal that Devon Winters (Bryton James) has finally paid Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) a visit after she was hospitalized for her mental health issues.

Mariah apologized but that doesn’t mean that Devon will forgive her for kidnapping his son. Could Mariah and Devon’s friendship be broken for good?

Devon Winters Blames Himself For The Kidnapping

Devon blames himself for the kidnapping and has told Mariah as much. Mariah has tried to get through to Devon that he needs to concentrate on forgiving himself.

Unfortunately, it seems that Devon may never fully forgive Mariah for the kidnapping no matter what she says or does and all Mariah can do is try to get better.

Mariah may eventually be released and considered to be fully rehabilitated. Unfortunately, Devon may not feel that Mariah should be out in society because he could believe she has not been in custody long enough to matter.

Could something happen that makes Devon remember how good Mariah used to be before she lost herself this time?

Devon Winters Cannot Forgive Mariah Copeland

Devon cannot get past Mariah kidnapping Dominic Winters (Ethan Ray Clark) or the fact that he didn’t go after Mariah himself to save his son.

Will Mariah eventually turn out to be the hero in the story and save Dominic’s life?  Perhaps Dominic may accidentally run out in front of a car or something and Mariah will be there to save him.

Dominic could also have something happen that he needs a blood transfusion or a bone marrow transplant and perhaps Mariah may be the only match that can save him.

There are certainly ways that Mariah could save this child and it would certainly make her look better in Devon’s eyes. Will Mariah finally be a hero again?

Devon Winters May Finally Forgive Mariah Copeland

If Mariah saves Dominic, Devon will certainly forgive her and even be glad that she is out of the facility and on her way to recovery.

Perhaps it will simply be that Mariah is in the right place at the right time and turns out to be Dominic’s hero. It is easy to imagine this working out, especially with all of the drama that usually goes on in Genoa City.

Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) could also become a threat if his memory returns and he goes back to his evil ways. Matt could decide to kidnap Dominic since he has sworn to go after all of the Newmans.

Could Mariah help all of the Newmans by being the one person who takes Matt down for good?  Will Mariah redeem herself by simply being in the right place at the right time?
