The Young and the Restless viewers have grown accustomed to seeing Joshua Morrow on the CBS soap opera every day.
Nick Newman is a prominent character in Genoa City and it’s hard to imagine him being played by anyone other than Morrow.
But after 30 years on daytime TV, is the Y&R fan fave looking to branch out to other shows?
Y&R Star Talks Reality TV
Joshua Morrow joined The Young and the Restless cast in 1994 as Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) son with Nikki.
It was the soap star’s first major acting gig, and thirty years later it’s one of his ONLY acting gigs. In fact, Morrow is one of the only cast members who don’t have a lengthy list of acting credit on IMDB.
After three decades in Genoa City, it’s understandable that Morrow might be getting a little antsy.
The popular Young & Restless actor recently sat down for an interview and discussed his interest in joining a reality TV show.
Is Joshua Morrow Leaving Y&R
Daytime TV stars are just like us an after a long day at work they like to go home and relax and binge reality shows.
It’s no secret that Joshua Morrow is a HUGE Survivor fan, he has actually referenced the show on social media and in interviews over the years.
The Nick Newman portrayer enjoys watching the popular reality show, but he recently admitted that he wants to JOIN the show.
In a recent interview Morrow confessed, “I remember my dad always telling me the worst thing you could live with is regret and that will be one of my biggest regrets. That I never went on Survivor.” Would you tune in to watch the soap star live on a deserted island with strangers for weeks? Could Morrow actually win?
