Lily has been processing a lot these past few days: from learning Malcolm needs a bone marrow transplant to finding out she can’t help him (because of her cancer and chemotherapy from years ago) and learning he has another son … and that man is Holden Novak (Nathan Owens)!

Lily has always been skeptical of Holden, so does she confront him to make sure he gets tested? How else will she “take control” of this situation?

Holden did get tested, so it sounds like these two siblings could clash upon their first meeting as brother and sister!
