‘Y&R’ Preview Week of May 11: Patty & Matt Meet, Phyllis’ Deal, Nick’s Addiction

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for the week of May 11, 2026. It shows Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) and Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) meeting. Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is ready to make a deal, but there is a twist.

Plus, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) seemingly takes more drugs. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the CBS soap opera.

Phyllis Summers’ Deal

Let’s start from the beginning of the weekly preview clip. First of all, it begins with Phyllis and Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc). However, the lawyer has the wrong idea.

The man assumes that Phyllis is there to make a deal and avoid prison. That isn’t exactly what she has in mind, though.

It sounds like Phyllis is going to propose another scheme. She would have to offer something really valuable to get Michael on board, though.

Nick Newman’s Addiction

Over with Nick, he will be confronted by Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Nick says if he wants to make an accusation, then come on out with it.

Judging by Nick’s appearance and body language, Adam is accurate. Adam asks if Nick is using drugs again.

We don’t get an answer in the preview clip. However, Nick seems pretty guarded, so he will probably lie.

The fact that Matt is in Genoa City won’t make getting Nick help any easier. The man will worry about his family’s safety too much. Matt might claim he has amnesia, but the Newman family isn’t going to believe that.

Matt Clark & Patty Williams Meet

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of May 11 reveal that the preview clip also features Matt and Patty. If there were ever a match in hell, this certainly would be it!

Patty is looking at Matt like he’s a popsicle on a hot day. Meanwhile, Matt turns to look at her, seemingly taking notice of the blonde.

Even if Matt is telling the truth about not remembering anything, he’s still too dangerous to be around. However, Patty is just as crazy and dangerous. If these two end up coming together, what does that mean for both the Newman and Abbott families?

With that being said, maybe this is what forms the Newman/Abbott alliance that was hinted as months ago.
