The Young and the Restless spoilers for the next two weeks, October 19-30, suggest that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will find himself under arrest.
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will get an urgent call about his mother, Jill Abbott (most recently played by Lauren Koslow).
Billy’s first test of his new marriage comes when Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) goes into labor.
All of this drama and much more is coming in the next two weeks.
Key Takeaways
- Nick faces a possible arrest.
- Billy receives frightening news about Jill.
- Sally goes into labor at her wedding.
- Adam may deliver Sally’s baby.
- Lily awaits her final cancer test results.
The Week of October 19-23
Shirley Spectra (Patrika Darbo) will arrive just in time for Sally and Billy’s wedding and will be able to spend some time with Sally on her wedding day.
The wedding will actually manage to go through without being interrupted, but we cannot say the same for the reception as the drama heats up very quickly.
As Billy and Sally’s wedding spoilers reveal, the couple will exchange vows before the celebration takes a dramatic turn.
Billy Abbott and Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will get a joint phone call that has to do with Jill, and things are not looking good.
Jill is in the middle of a cardiac event that requires emergency intervention.
Meanwhile, Sally will be working on a surprise for Billy when Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) drops by to congratulate her.
Unfortunately, Sally’s water will break as she realizes she is in labor.
Adam Newman Delivers Sally Spectra’s Baby?
Spoilers have suggested for weeks that Adam will be the one to deliver the baby, and it looks like that could very well be the case.
Adam and Sally will have some very intimate scenes along with this, and it could very well cause a huge problem in Billy and Sally’s marriage.
And their wedding day isn’t even over yet!
In fact, Sally’s unexpected labor and Adam’s possible involvement in the delivery could create an unforgettable wedding disaster.
Billy may actually end up leaving town to be with his mother, and that could be how he misses the birth of his child, something he truly wanted to be present for.
Sally may want Billy to use this opportunity to make things right with his mother before the baby arrives, only to realize she’s in labor after he leaves.
Whatever the case, Billy isn’t likely to be happy that Adam was involved in delivering his baby at all.
Lily Winters Gets Her Final Test Results
Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) could accompany Billy on this visit to Jill so she can see her as well.
Adam will be very much affected by this birth, and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will realize that.
After all, the last baby Sally was expecting belonged to Adam, so this is bound to bring up memories of their loss.
It seems Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will help him get through it.
Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will get her final test results and will likely share them with Cane.
Is Lily’s cancer back, or is this just a false alarm?
In the meantime, Nick will drive Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) to the mental health facility and will return home to update Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) on his progress.
Matt Clark Seeks Help
Nick is not happy that Sharon has agreed to be Matt’s therapist and will attempt to get her to change her mind.
As Nick continues to rage about Matt, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will have a change of heart about a rivalry.
It seems she will try to let things with Diane Jenkins Abbott (Susan Walters) go.
That doesn’t mean Diane will do the same.
Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will continue their affair, but it seems they will act as though the feud is heating up to cover it.
Will Kyle and Victoria end up slipping up and revealing a bit too much about their illicit affair as they continue to find ways to meet up?
The Week of October 26-30
Nick will find himself being questioned again, although it is not clear whether it is over his drug dealer or Matt’s accident.
Will the truth about the drug dealer be discovered?
Will Detective James Burrow (Matt Cohen) try to implicate Nick in Matt’s accident instead of putting the pieces together and realizing that Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) was behind the accident?
As Nick’s recent troubles and the fallout from his confrontation with a drug dealer continue to raise concerns, another run-in with the police could make his situation even worse.
While Victor and Nikki are bailing Nick out of jail, it seems that Cane will struggle to keep his promise not to pressure Lily into getting married again.
Regardless of what happens, Cane will support Lily through everything she is going through and be there for her to lean on.
Editor’s Take
I think Billy and Sally’s wedding is about to become one of the biggest disasters Genoa City has seen in a long time!
First, Billy gets frightening news about Jill, and then Sally goes into labor with Adam right there to help her.
Can you imagine Billy’s reaction if Adam ends up delivering his baby?
Billy already can’t stand Adam, and this could make their rivalry even worse.
I also feel terrible for Lily. She’s already been through cancer once, and I really hope the writers aren’t planning to put her through another battle.
As for Nick, I think his anger toward Matt is going to land him in more trouble than he realizes. He needs to be careful before he gives the police another reason to come after him.
And I’m still waiting for Kyle and Victoria’s affair to explode. There’s no way those two can keep sneaking around forever!
Do you think Billy will forgive Adam for helping Sally deliver their baby, and will Nick end up paying the price for his actions against Matt?
