Y&R Comings & Goings June 22-26: Recast Debut, Doctor-Doctor + More

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of June 22-26 reveal some bombshells on the horizon in Genoa City … as well as some fun casting news!

Find out who’s coming and who’s going on the CBS soap over the next five days below.

Lauren Koslow Steps In As Jill Abbott

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of June 22-26 note that Days of Our Lives’ star Lauren Koslow will debut as the Jill Abbott recast.

This is a temporary recast, as Jess Walton was unable to film scenes due to a scheduling conflict.

Fans will see Walton return as Jill at some point in the future; however, they can expect to see Koslow’s appearance during the Thursday, June 25 episode.

This doesn’t mean that Koslow is skipping her Days duties as Kate Roberts Brady, either, so fans can rest assured she’ll continue to appear on the Peacock soap in her recurring role.

Doctor-Doctor

Meanwhile, actor Doug Tompos will debut as Dr. Nowling during the Monday, June 22 episode.

Dr. Nowling will be the medical professional who provides Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) with a scary diagnosis for her headaches, dizziness, and vision problems.

It looks like these symptoms are not related at all to her MS, and Nikki has a long road ahead when dealing with this new illness.

Will she let Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) in on what she’s dealing with? Speaking of doctors, fans will continue to see Jere Burns’ run as Dr. Laurence Markham.

With that said, why has Markham partnered with Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk), and what is their endgame regarding Diane Abbott (Susan Walters)? Fans will have to tune in to find out!

Lastly, Beth Maitland will get more airtime as Traci Abbott. What storyline are you most looking forward to during the week of June 22-26? Comment your thoughts below.
