Martin Laurent Return

The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of July 20-24 reveal that Christopher Cousins may return as Martin Laurent.

The man’s name was mentioned during the weekly preview as Traci Abbott, played by Beth Maitland, offered to reach out to the man.

Diane Abbott (Susan Walters) needs help locating her kidnapper, Dr. Laurence Markham (Jere Burns), as he’s still not in police custody.

Still, there seems to be some odd connection between Martin and Laurence.

After all, when Diane was kidnapped by Laurence, his home had books from Dr. Alan Laurent (Christopher Cousins), Martin’s twin, lying around everywhere.

Martin paraded around as Alan quite frequently, so only time will tell. Fans will see Traci and Diane chat about this during the Tuesday, July 21 episode.

Speaking of the Abbotts, Eileen Davidson, who plays Ashley Abbott, will continue her run on the show.

She’s seen during the Friday, July 24 show as she and son-in-law, Devon Hamilton Winters (Bryton James) find common ground.

More Casting Notes

Rounding out casting news for Young and the Restless, week of July 20, actor Doug Tompos will return as Dr. Greg Nowling.

He’ll be seen during the July 21 episode as the good doctor removes Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) eye bandages.

Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will be by Nikki’s side when this happens, so what will her prognosis be when all is said and done?
